Good ootel with pool. Staff available

About 20min from Bolzano. Surely the ample free parking, the outdoor garden, the presence of an excellent pizzeria restaurant and the indoor pool usable in winter are excellent.
Large and and renovated rooms.
We reported a problem of inattention of the cleaning staff .. it can happen ..
However the owner apologized and pledged to change the room immediately. The heating in the room so but there is climate.
The price is probably a bit higher than the average (probably was the period..)

Beautiful structure

Beautiful property on the edge of the small village of Ora.
Being passing through we tried the breakfast bar.
Modern environment, clean but quite “cold”. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Correct prices.
Beautiful outdoor garden that allows, if the weather allows, to consume at the outdoor tables.

Great and comfortable

Located in a tactical position between Bolzano and Trento with the wine route a few kilometers.
New and well maintained structure
Nice and clean rooms.
Great breakfast with friendly staff.
Try it to visit Bolzano and surroundings.

Approximation: bad image of the wine route

A hotel that would be closed.
We arrive and they tell us to pay for the room immediately; ok we pay.
We enter the room and we see something bordering on surreal, not even the worst hostel: smashed beds, very hot with a kind of Longhi penguin (which did not work) , bathroom without bidet and with 70s brick tiles. It smells like fry throughout the hotel wing.
Sloppy and insignificant breakfast with tables to sit dirty.
I knew I had made an “economic” choice at 125 euros, but this is mortifying.
It’s not making the Welcoming Industry: it sucks!

Perfect meal

The staff,very nice people. The food was awesome,The pizza was cooked perfectly and The spaghetti was good too! We hope we will come again because it deserves 5 stars
