Magnificent

In addition to the location near a beautiful mountain range, the hotel is impeccably presented modernity and great taste in the furnishings, both of the reception and the rooms. The competence and kindness of the staff is the top......

Too bad.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The room had several critical issues, especially the bathroom: the shower curtain was dirty and held together with plastic cable ties, and every time we washed the water ended up everywhere, flooding the floor. The shower tiles were dirty and the shutter did not work, leaving the window uncovered. Even in the room the cleanliness left something to be desired: dust on the bedside tables and wrinkled sheets, as if they had not been ironed or changed recently. We reported everything to the receptionist, but nothing was done to solve the problems during the stay. We were simply told that “next time” they would change our room... it’s a shame we would have preferred an immediate solution. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, quite varied and good quality, but unfortunately it is not enough to make up for the rest. I would not recommend this property if you are looking for comfort and customer care.

WEEKEND IN AVEZZANO

We stayed two nights at this hotel....well maintained...clean and with almost all the friendly staff.
Nice breakfast brought to the room ... and also good.
I wrote almost all the staff... because the last morning before leaving the receptionist was not very helpful or courteous.
To our 2 questions "how did we get back to the motorway" he replied that he had no idea..... and to the second question of how we managed to reach the station since there were works, without even looking at you he replied... "the station is here in front if you look out it sees and adjusts.
Fortunately, the vending machine attendant next to the hotel was much nicer and more prepared.

A night in Avezzano

The arbergo, located in the central area, looks good and is very welcoming. At the reception we were welcomed in a professional and helpful manner. L 'furniture is simple and well maintained, excellent cleaning throughout the structure. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I'm always happy to come back here, and see that things are always improving, the courtesy of the staff and now the gem of breakfast in the room, the rooms always beautiful, ready and beautiful to look at as in the photos as they are, see you again soon
