good experience.

very kind staff, good food and nice rooms with daily maid service. Comfortable beds and adjustable temperature. Breakfast buffet, good choice of both savory and sweet. Great bathroom, comfortable and clean.

Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful..
Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs.

Experience to forget

Overnight to forget.
The rooms were without air conditioning, with an external temperature of 35 ° and internal temperature of at least 30 °, as the structure is dated. The motivation: "a failure" of the morning itself. Reading other reviews this "failure" has happened to other customers, so either there is an intention not to turn on the cooling system or there are serious plant problems in the structure. The same is in fact dated, so I would not be surprised at all.
The room was fairly clean, but lacked towels which we were then provided and the bidet was broken (the cap did not lift and therefore unusable).
Mediocre breakfast, there was no vegetable alternative to milk and the coffee was bad, as distributed by a multi-function machine. Dried and frozen croissants.
The biggest shortcoming, combined with the rudeness and arrogance of the holder, is that despite the legislative evidence he denied exemption from the tourist tax to my companion. I am a 100% certified disabled person and as an invalid I am entitled to exemption from the tourist tax for myself and the accompanying person, even for an overnight stay that does not coincide with hospitalization or treatment. The manager expressly denied this right and left without resolving the situation properly, despite being familiar with the case applicable to exemptions from the tax. We were alone with the receptionist who did not know what to do and to not put her in trouble with the owner we paid the tourist tax.
Experience to forget. Not recommended.

Gentile Ospite, aspettavamo la sua recensione che non è tardata ad arrivare.. Ricordiamo bene tutto già dal suo arrivo: la polemica di non pagare il parcheggio esterno (esterno alla struttura, sulle strisce blu) per via della disabilità cosa che, a noi, sinceramente, non interessava. Per quanto riguarda la colazione che,lei ritiene mediocre, ci spiace che i cornetti in vari gusti (crema, cioccolato, marmellata e vuoti) tanto amati dai nostri ospiti a lei non siano piaciuti (prodotto Acquaviva, uno dei migliori secondo a nostra opinione) le ciambelline, le mini sfogliatine in vari guisti, la torta paradiso, la torta caprese e tanto altro proprio non siano state di suo gradimento,ma sicuramente, visto la vasta scelta ,non ci risulta che sia rimasto digiuno. Per l'alternativa del latte non risulta lo avesse chiesto alla cameriera che le avrebbe proposto le varianti di latte di cui l'hotel dispone, ormai da anni. Per la tassa soggiorno,invece, credo abbia dimenticato di scrvere che lei NON HA PAGATO la tassa di € 1,00 , dopo la presentazione del tesserino per diabilità.Per quanto riguarda la sua accompagnatrice,invece, sempre polemizzando e di sua iniziativa stava compilando un foglio bianco (senza alcuna richiesta da parte nostra) dove si presentava come accompagnatrice del portatore di Handicap, poi, sempre di sua iniziativa, ha strappato letterelmente il foglio affermando di voler pagare la tassa (€ 1,00) . La sua dichiarazione risulta mendace, lei NON HA PAGATO la tassa, mentre la sua accompagnatrice, tra vari cambi di opinione, ha deciso di pagarla lasciando l'euro alla Reception . In ogni caso la ringraziamo del tempo dedicato.

horrible.

terrible...
my friends and I end up with severe skin irritation due to dirty and dusty beds, poor breakfast, poor quality food for both lunch and dinner...
I think this hotel works mainly in summer, but that doesn't mean that if people come in winter, especially a school, you have to present such a dirty hotel!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
