LOVE IT!

I stayed at Hotel Rivera for the week end, with my wife (who has relatives in this area). We simply loved it! The Hotel is very conveniently located within 10 minutes from Bari airport and about 20 minutes from Bari city centre. The sea is within a few minutes walk and you can use the private beaches (members only) located nearby, too (Palese and Giovinazzo). We were particularly impressed by the friendliness and warmth of the staff who gave us a lot of very useful tips on how to make the most out of my stay. We visited Trani and Bisceglie which are beautiful little towns on the northern coast of Bari and within 10-15 minutes from the Hotel.
The bed is very comfortable (slept like a log!), the breakfast was very tasty and the overall level of the Hotel facilities was extremely high.
I can't wait to go back, thank you!!!

Not recommended

Stay for work. I'm sorry but I haven't been well at all in this facility. Cold room, ruined and old bathrooms, the shower curtain was dirty and full of mold. Also the practically non-existent breakfast is served from 7:00 but at 7:30 there were not even croissants (the only offer for breakfast) I do not know how they managed to get 3 stars.

Reasnobly priced with excellent location

Nice, clean 3 star hotel, near by the seaside where local people swim in the sea. I went with friends, my room was reasonable with a nice sea balcony. The furniture were old but they clean the room every day with changing towel. Although there were no safe in the room but it was really very safe, I left my items there and nothing lost.
Extremely nice and helpful staff particularly the owner Elina, she did every thing to make our stay a nice, pleasant one.
The location was excellent with a lot of cafe and restaurant at a walking distance. The hotel also has a nice restaurant serving food and drink in their lovely garden that looks popular even to local people.
The hotel was very close to the airport and have a big carpark which is locked at night we were able to park our rented car.
Communication was not a real problem as some staff speak English and the others they use the google translator to communicate.

Nice hotel

1 night business stay, hotel close to the airpor of Bari. 24 hour desk. Outside looks new, but inside is a little old style. Clean rooms, little bit noisy. Friendly manager and staff at the desk, they offered a printer and a free parking place inside the property. Restaurant only for breakfast, but looks nice. Overall good experience, but the wireless was not working at all.

Staff couldn't do enough for us!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights as part of our holiday. The hotel is well situated near the airport, local rail links and local beaches. The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us, even giving us a lift to the beach one day with local advice on the best places to go.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone hoping to visit the area.
