It is a comfortable structure but I do not recommend it, the heating with heat pumps does not work, they do not provide towels but a single ruined towel, there are no coat hangers or shelves, no chairs, the furniture present is ruined, we asked for both towels that the TV remote control but they didn't bring anything,

Good location. Very basic.

This review is for the single occupancy room.
Positives: location is brilliant if you want to see the sites of Bari, it is in the old town and close to amenities. It is easily walkable from the central station. The room has a TV, power points, a kettle, a single bed, a chair and a bench. The bathroom is not too old. Given this the price is reasonable.
The single room is opposite the front door, the window of the room is opaque as it faces the entry door of the hotel. The bathroom and bedroom have seperate doors. As they are in the main corridor for the rest of the hotel they do need to be secured. The hotel wasn't overly clean and I wasn't confident that the bedding had been properly cleaned. The door locks were finicky and the sliding doors old, this combined with the fact the corridor light was not on sensor but instead activated by the switch by the front door meant a bit of a frustrating process to go to the bathroom.
I personally probably wouldn't stay here again

terrible hotel !

poor water drain in the shower and washbasin, faeces and water poured from under the toilet, spilling out into the room, despite requests for repair, we only got a bucket and a mop, dirty, broken headboard in the bed, for 4 people 2 plates 2 forks and 2 knives tight for 4 people.we do not recommend this hotel, wasted vacation ..

Va bene per una notte (forse nemmeno quello)

Ottima la sua posizione in centro a due passi da tutto.
Molto comodo il letto, ma la serratura della stanza non si chiudeva dall'esterno e funzionava male dall'interno.
Il condizionatore non funzionava benissimo ma per fortuna avendo la finestra (cosa non scontata) e tenendola aperta si stava bene.

State alla larga

Per due motivi indipendenti dalla mia volontà, uno legato alla pandemia e l'altro alla cancellazione del volo la mattina stessa, non ho potuto soggiornare né apportare la cancellazione gratuita. Ho provato a contattare la struttura senza pretendere niente, ma per chiedere la possibilità, visto che sarei comunque scesa a Bari, di non perdere i soldi e spostare la data. Mi hanno risposto malamente che il proprietario non era presente e che mi avrebbe contattato in giornata. Ho chiamato 3 volte, il proprietario sempre irreperibile! Mai avuto una risposta... ripeto che non pretendevo niente, ma una risposta è cortesia offrirla. Probabilmente non hanno bisogno di lavorare e la pandemia non ha creato loro problemi, io ci penserei ad appoggiarmi a questa struttura, Bari è ricca... meglio l'educazione
