A real highlight in Bari

We had a wonderful stay at the Sparano Palace Hotel in Bari and were completely thrilled. The location is perfect, the room was huge, modernly equipped, and the large bathroom with a Turkish bath was a real highlight. Everything was very clean and technically up to date. The rooftop terrace with breakfast in the morning and a bar in the evening is simply dreamlike. I would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly staff – for my birthday, I was even surprised with a thoughtful gift in my room. I can recommend this hotel without reservation and would love to come back!

Puglia Trip

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this beautifully designed boutique hotel . Our room was tastefully decorated , the bed was quite comfortable , and our room was spacious . We enjoyed our morning coffee in the private terrace that was attached to our room . The bathroom was big and spacious . We enjoyed the sauna in our shower which was quite relaxing after a full day of excursions and sightseeing . Lucrezia and Valeria made our stay more special by their great restaurant recommendations!!!
Lucrezia provided a complimentary private ride to the airport as we were leaving Bari . She also made our check out quite easy and effortless as we were able to do everything remotely . I highly recommend this boutique hotel . I forgot to mention that the Sparano hotel is centrally located and it is a short walk to the old town and many other locations . Nice but overpriced and loud; AC also a fiction

Very well located and nice little boutique hotel. Seems new. The room was well designed. Good mini bar and coffee machine. Friendly and helpful staff.
USD $300/night for small room (17 square metres) was far too much however — and this was in April, not high season.
Most rooms are also overlooking a very busy and loud shopping pedestrian street. The balcony window is largely soundproofed but you can’t open the window if you want to block out noise — a major issue when it’s hot because the hotel AC was worthless. I had to sleep with just a sheet because it was too warm (even in April) and the room suffocating without being able to open balcony window.
Strangely the most noise came from inside the hotel itself. They have ceiling speakers right outside rooms and play “mood music” for the hotel (think Beyoncé) but so loudly you can hear it in your room. I repeatedly (and nicely) asked them to turn it off, which they did, but then it was turned back on again later.
Not sure where else I’d stay, but probably not here if I ever returned to Bari. That said, not a bad place if you don’t mind paying the price and can live with noise and theoretical AC.

Fantastic experience

I had the pleasure of staying at Sparano Palace Bari and I can say without hesitation that it was an impeccable experience from every point of view.
The structure is refined, attention to detail and located in a strategic position in the heart of the city, perfect for experiencing Bari to the fullest. The rooms are elegant, spacious and equipped with every comfort, with an attention to design that immediately conveys a sense of luxury and relaxation.
The staff is distinguished by professionalism, courtesy and discretion, always ready to meet every need with great attention. The service lived up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel, making your stay even more enjoyable.
An experience that I highly recommend to those seeking exclusivity, comfort and uncompromising quality. Definitely a reference point for those visiting Bari.
