a super place

we stayed at hotel very beginning of May 2013. The hotel is ideally located for beach access (10 minutes). The views we had from our room were incredibly beautiful ( just breath taking). The hotel owners Giovanni and his mother Maria are wonderful, wonderful people (in fact the entire familt are super folks). I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat.

Catastrophic.

This hotel is absolutely not recommended.
The sockets come out of the walls
The sliding door to the bathroom could fall out of the guide at any time.
The room is worn out, outdated and should be urgently brought to a normal contemporary condition.
We had booked through bookkng.com.
The owner was very unfriendly and not cooperative.
We left immediately after reviewing the rooms with payment of 50%
of the total cost.
No help or support from the Agency either.
The hotel deserved another .

In short

Room with tiny bathroom. The price is high.
The bathroom door, it wasn't a door and it even lifted, I had a really hard time closing it. I attach photos.
I don't recommend it.
In the hallway the piles of clean sheets left there.
Unsatisfactory breakfast.
Little choice and all packaged.

Very good

Out of town but well finished and lovely feel overall. Characterful furnishings and furniture, and certainty spacious enough. Generous breakfast and overall great value for money compared to town centre. Only real issue was loud door slamming/closing reverberating though corridors but that was it.

Little sometimes is better!!!

This little hotel is one of the best hotel in Bassano. It isn’t in the city center but you may reach it in few minutes with the car or in 20minutes walking.
Rooms is clean and modern.
Staff is polite and also the breakfast is good. In the some building there is a good restaurant. Sometimes it’s difficult to find a room but I understand why. This will be one on my favorite chose for the next business trip un Bassano.
