A surprise!!

Although the structure is a bit out of the way and old lady, it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, the owners really nice and the lady is an extraordinary and nice woman. Also the proximity to the river made the stay pleasant.

Esperienza deludente

abbiamo soggiornato di passaggio a Belluno per una notte.
La stanza era spartana. Non c'era acqua calda e nemmeno il bidet.
Una lampadina era bruciata e la televisione prendeva pochi canali.
Colazione poco curata.

L'economico che si paga

A parte la gentilezza e cordialità dello staff di questo albergo, devo rivolgere le mie critiche, spero costruttive, esclusivamente all'edificio e alle stanze da letto. L'intero stabilimento avrebbe bisogno di una rinnovata, non pongo commenti sul design perchè mi interessa poco, quanto alla qualità del sonno e alla pulizia. Il letto che ho trovato era equiparabile ad un tavolo, ho trovato dei peli e capelli nelle lenzuola, il telecomando pieno di polvere, rovinato e palesemente da cambiare, le pareti di carta velina che mi facevano sentire il mio vicino di stanza andare in bagno e parlare (distinguendo i discorsi anche), grosse perdite dal piano della doccia al pavimento del bagno stesso, colazione a buffet con le macchinette automatiche.
Ripeto, purtroppo per lo staff che comunque ci ha accolti bene, non mi sono trovata bene e spero che la gestione voglia investire di più sulla propria struttura.

PESSIMO

Il tubo del bagno spandeva; La porta della stanza non si chiudeva bene, si sentiva tutto.
Ho dimenticato dei prodotti per i capelli e ho chiesto gentilmente al responsabile di spedirli tramite posta (ovviamente avrei pagato io) o comunque di farmeli riavere ma zero.

struttura economica

una scelta aconomica sopratutto, le camere sono un poco datate ma pulite, il titolare è molto gentile e disponibile, colazione confezionata come prevedono i protocolli, parcheggio e silenzio. WIFI terribile. si può cenare
