Helpful staff, asked for extra bedding and received within 10 minutes, we only stayed for one night because of an early flight but overall the impression was good.

Room was not clean, lots of dust in corners and carpet.
When I asked for a new room the hotel straff was not to pleased with my request, but found us a new room. Breakfast was dissapointing.

Close to Bergamo Airport, we travelled on the ATB bus Line 1 - Citte Altea then 10 minute walk.
Checkin was quick and room was adequate for one night. Small and clean, no water, coffee, kettle etc. Fab air con and tv with English channels. Walkable to the City which is worth a visit with a 12pm checkout beneficial.

Room was very clean.
Shower so small one cant reach the feet without opening the sliding door.
Air conditioning working perfectly.
Front desk team very useful.

A good choice

Stayed here for two nights. Convenient location just 10 minutes' walk from the railway station and charming city centre. The room was clean and simply furnished but not as quiet in terms of noise insulation as it might have been, with noise from the hard floored hallway clearly audible as other guests passed by. The bed was remarkably comfortable for a budget hotel. One of the biggest drawbacks was a lack of power outlets / charging points with just one in the whole room. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of typically Italian / international breakfast options. Team members at the hotel were generally very helpful and obliging.
