very good location

Location is excellent. Downtown is 5 minutes to walk, the railway station is 10. Airport is 15 minutes by bus. Our room was very lovely and comfortable. The breakfast is a little bit poor. Getting into the apartment is easy. I recommended the accomodation.

Perfect location

It was really a very nice experience. Our host was helpful and explained everything. There are only 2 or 3 rooms with a lobby that serves as a breakfast room as well.
The property is in a building with other private apartments. The area is very nice,calm, surrounded by many trees. The location was perfect, 5-10 min walk to the bus and train station.
Our room had a private shower, balcony and free wi-fi. The room was big enough, with TV (more or less italian channels only), A/C, hair dryer, no fridge.
Breakfast – the host prepared sandwiches, you can find eggs, cheese, yogurts in the fridge, some small cakes. Coffee, tea, juice. Simple but sufficient.
We were satisifeid and would come back again.

Delightful stay

We were looking for a place within walking distance of the train station and were delighted to find this lovely B&B. It is situated in a quiet, gated apartment complex. Everywhere was spotless and the bed was very comfy. Shower was great and the bathroom was well equipped. As we were leaving early in the morning, Laura, who was very kind, left breakfast ready with sandwiches and snacks for us to take away. The bedrooms open out onto the communal dining area but the bedrooms also have a table and chairs so you could have your coffee or breakfast there. There are notices requesting not to make noise which was good and guests have to be aware of this if leaving early or arriving in late at night. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Really cancel your booking!!!

we booked this B&B moths ago and had flights booked, it mentioned that we needed to contact the B&B if we were arriving late and to give 72 hours notice, being that I like to ensue all goes well I contact this B&B with 2 weeks notice, when I explained to the abrupt lady that we would be arriving late I was told to cancel the booking. Regardless of the 2 week notice, when questioning this i kept getting told to just cancel and I do not have time for this Guests are here, really surely I thought being a paid up front guest I may have received a return call at the least. No I was told to contact her on whatsapp!!!! Really what a carry on 2 weeks notice and told to cancel, needless to say I have booked another hotel and will inform everyone about the customer service or lack of received here.

A great place to stay

Booked on my behalf as I wanted somewhere that was inexpensive and fairly central in Bergamo.
The host, Valentina was very helpful and very clear with her instructions on getting in and out of the apartment and the general house rules.
The location is great, 5 mins walk from the bus and train station with the appartment being on the first floor of a secure block of flats.
The main communal room which is also the reception and dining area serving the two bedrooms which are very clean, spacious, with their own bathroom/toilet, very secure, comfortable and warm. The only time you'd see or hear the other guests was at breakfast.
The breakfast was plentifully with, yogurts, cereals, cheese, sandwiches (for toasting), pastries, expression and regular coffee and juices.
This was a great experience and such great value and not that dissimilar to staying in a hotel, but at around half the price.
I'd highly recommend this place to stay.
