Great hotel in the center

A beautiful hotel! I stayed three nights for work for the Adunata degli Alpini. Clean rooms, great breakfast and amazing kindness. Mrs. Anna at reception was of exemplary kindness.

NOT 4 STARS

First time at this hotel.
The room is clean and without carpet, which is instead present in several areas of the hotel.
Unfortunately, the carpet is dated and immediately smells dirty.
The staff is kind, breakfast should be served with all fresh dishes.
It is absolutely not a 4-star hotel.

If I find the offer I'll go back.

For me the second time, since it was reopened. Room spacious and clean. Comfortable facilities. In a 4-star hotel, I expect at least slippers. Convenient location. Good breakfast but not really 4 stars, no bacon. Friendly and professional waitstaff/bar.

I expected so much more

A stone's throw from the train station of Biella, hotel in a somewhat ancient style. Single room very small but clean. Shower in the room and not in the bathroom (space was there...). A 4-star that doesn't have a towel rail I've never seen

Nice but not too much

Clean, hearty breakfast and really comfortable bed.
We stayed last night and expected something more given the history of this Biella hotel, but we recommend it for the above mentioned. Congratulations to the morning bartender for the courtesy, a little less for the evening porter who did not answer the phone and made us wait for the colleague of the night, we ordered two chamomiles in the room, paid € 15 without even the sugar bag, shame
