Relaxing weekend

Rosalba, Elisabetta, and Giovanna: a heartfelt thank you. I am a loyal customer, and as reception staff, you are fantastic. I am a regular customer because the hotel offers many comforts, and whenever we can, my husband, our little dog, and I leave to relax at the Salsello hotel. Highly recommended for everything. The owner, in fact one of the owners, is a very intelligent and intuitive person. Thank you. See you soon.

Hell in Italy

Terribly really the dirtiest hotel we have ever seen! Everything moldy in the rooms loose carpet on the stairs, fleas in the bed. Very unfriendly staff. You have to wear a swimming cap and you are not allowed to sit on the (private beach) with a towel. We left with 10 people screaming. Photos are misleading and absolutely not true.

To be improved

I attended an event and had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Staff was unhelpful and not inclined to listen to customers. The location is strategic, directly on the beautiful waterfront.

Run-down hotel

Staying at Hotel Salsello was like entering a facility that had been stuck in the 1970s and reopened the day before our arrival without any renovation work.
The room was dirty and showed obvious signs of wear everywhere: old and never-renewed furnishings, broken and worn curtains, and practically nonexistent maintenance. The air conditioning was outdated, noisy, and malfunctioning, making the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in disappointing condition, with a broken shower and numerous details highlighting years of poor maintenance.
The breakfast room deserved a separate mention for the persistent unpleasant odor that was noticeable in the environment, making it unpleasant to start the day.
The overall atmosphere of the structure is so surreal that it, in some ways, reminds one of the movie "The Shining": environments that seem to have remained unchanged for decades, dirty and neglected, with a sense of abandonment that is hard to ignore.
The only truly positive note was the kindness and availability of the staff, who tried to be courteous and professional despite the evident issues of the structure. Moreover, it must be acknowledged that the price paid was reasonable.
That said, the low cost alone is not enough to compensate for the numerous shortcomings encountered. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing, and despite the courtesy of the staff and the low price, I will never return and do not feel comfortable recommending this hotel.
