Great value for money - clean, modern, spacious and ideally located

Great location - a 15 minute walk from the station and 10 from the town centre, with restaurants, bars and a supermarket nearby. The first thing that struck me about the apartment was that it was huge! Apart from that, it was clean and quiet (at least the courtyard facing one I had was, with good double glazing), and the free washing machines were a bonus. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful and were able to reserve a quiet, high floor room for me as I'd requested.
A few small niggles (although I'd still stay again): albeit comfortable, the double bed was two singles pushed together so you could still feel the gap in the middle. The air con was centrally locked so you can't use it as a fan (heat or cool only). During my stay the WiFi was down for two days (they apologised with wine though - thank you!). Finally, the smart TV's internet-based functions never worked despite being plugged into an ethernet port.

Great location! About 10 minute walk to historic center. The elevator and A/C were a huge plus. Grocery store just a couple doors down and nice little breakfast place right by the entrance. We would stay here again.

Nice, spacious and clean apartment. Excellent a/c. Daily and very meticulous housekeeping. Breakfast available for a small fee. The office staff were very helpful. The location bonuses were: bus stop, coffee shops, and grocery store a few steps away and the surprisingly delicious Baracca and Burattini restaurant.

I thought it was a hotel but more apartments.
Reception closed when checking in, but great and easy instructions to check in.
Handy laundromat across the road.
Spacious room, good air condition, clean room bathroom. Comfy bed.
Nice kitchen if your are staying for a longer period.
Bus easy to catch across the road.

Wonderful stay here in Bologna. It was a little hard to find but the directions bring you straight there, it’s just a door with the name on it no big sign or anything. The room was amazing and the shower was even better! We had 3 rooms and each was great! The staff was super helpful as well and made check in easy. We would definitely stay here again!
