Clean & comfortable.

Very impressed.
Located a 10-15 minute bus ride from Bologna Centrale train station (number 32) and 10-15 minute walk from the main square. You will be given 4 keys to access the property from the main road to include security gates.
The b&b is situated on the third floor of the building with a small lift available. Mr Mauro was very helpful and welcoming (make sure you notify him prior to arrival of the time you will come as there is not 24 hour reception). Stayed in a triple room which was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options are continental but very good, with a coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, croissants, ham, cheese and various milk options. Would definitely return if if Bologna again.

All perfect!!

Very helpful stuff. Room was very clean and big enough for 3 people.
We had a very nice time in Bologna.
Breakfast was simple but very good. Coffee tastes very good. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by foot.
We will come again .

Nice B&B close to center

Nice place! The rooms are a bit kitchy decorated, but thats half the fun. Bathrooms shared but very clean and large. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Could do with a bit less on the airfreshnig ;) apart from that, I recommend it for sure. Nice beds, stays cool enough in the hot bologna summer and walking distance to the center + busstops just 3 min away!

Terrible service

Our visit left a feeling that in this place they try to make money out of everything.
Bathroom is common. Bed was too soft, it was uncomfortable to sleep on it. Breakfast is self-served. When we came to the breakfast there were no clean cups and clean dishes and we had to cleal them ourselves. Cheese and ham was terrible. It is better to have no cheese for breakfast than cheese like this. You hear everything what is going on outside, walls and door is made of paper. When we asked to leave a car for a 2 hours, we were asked to pay for it although the parking lot was available.
On the morning there was no staff when we needed their help.

Amazing stay in a wonderful city

Stayed here for 4 nights and really couldn’t fault it. The hosts were so kind and lovely and allowed us to leave our bags in the b&b before check in and after check in. They clean your rooms everyday and provide fresh towels and soap daily. They even gave us wine glasses and a cork screw for our wine that we brought. They were so attentive and gave us a room upgrade for free. The bed was very comfy and the fan above the bed was brilliant. The 2 bathrooms were immaculate and we never had to really wait to use them. The breakfast room was quite small however it stocked enough for a nice breakfast to start you up for the day. No fridge in the room however the was one in the hall for everyone to use and a microwave if you wanted to buy some food or drinks for the room. Great location as it’s an easy 15 minute walk from the b&b to the main square. Overall wonderful stay and such good value for money! Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the beautiful city of Bologna.
