They take money and dirty pitiful room
They're buffoons dirty room without hygiene and nothing according to the law, person who doesn't even answer the phone email or nothing just one excuse after another just Nas, it's a real shame that they run places like this on Bologna and on customers

Avoid it
As horrendous and dilapidated as the stay in the apartment was, I would like to exempt myself from reviewing. But I do it. Bathroom with non-working extractor and shower curtain instead of the shower cabin shown in the photos. There is also hair on the shower pipe, not mine as I am bald. No soap and only two half rolls of toilet paper. Dilapidated and crumbling kitchen cabinets. With a temperature of 37 degrees the air conditioner was broken, without fins, dusty. Sink mixer broken but working. It smells as soon as you enter and broken chair without backrest. No air circulation. We would have slept better on the benches in the station. I won't go back even under torture and I don't recommend it to anyone. Rating 0. Only the location 200 meters from the station is convenient

The worse place ever
They cancelled the first accommodation and did replay why my cards weren’t accepted.
when we arrived there we notice the shower drain was blocked, we straight communicated and they promised fix, but none coming, very disgusting. The bed was a problem with the bed and the mattress, we complained and they owner accused that I jumped in the bed, I complained to booking and nothing change, we stayed there for 6 days. in the fourth day my back was very painful, and also my allergy was attached, because under the bed looks never cleaned. I was really disappointed with everything, 500€ for a awful experience, they don’t know how to treat costumers, is a place interesting just in money, the house is for rent, no for accommodation as tourism. If I could give ZERO, I would.

Awful place stay away
At the beggining i was left an hour in the street outside the property. trying to call the property but no reply. After an hour someone came amd said that the property was not available and offered an alternative property which was awful. No internet no kettle nothing not good for human being to stay. And i could not find a suitable property as it was an exhibition time
Last day the toilet was leaking so i had to leave as no one could repair it.Finally the property stole 90 Euros from my card claiming that the toilet was clogged because of the guest and without any proof. Though it was a leak not a clogg.hence i would advice everybody to stay away from that awful place and fraudulent people.

Incubo. Nightmare.....
Abbiamo alloggiato in una soluzione abitativa in via Rialto 52 a Bologna per 3 notti a fine agosto per motivi familiari o meglio di salute (vedi Istituto Rizzoli... Intelligenti pauca). Al check in si presenta un signore, di nazionalità cingalese o indiana, che non parla e non comprende bene l'italiano. Ingaggiato dalla società con il chiaro intento di dissuadere gli ospiti dall'elevare contestazioni dicendo di non comprendere le nostre rimostranze.
Alloggio sudicio, mobili fatiscenti, pareti da tinteggiare, sporcizia ovunque addebitandoci le spese per una pulizia inesistente. Polvere ovunque stagnante sedimentata in ogni dove. Mobili sporchi con tracce di unto sulle superfici laccate. Porta di ingresso di ferro con maniglia rotta e polvere annosa che bivacca tra le lamelle non orientabili. Zanzariere increspate di polvere. Bagno senza carta igienica. Letto cigolante e scomodo. Impossibilità di interlocuzione telefonica ma solo per e-mail. Ancorché abbiamo fatto presente gli inconvenienti verso le ore 23,00, cinque ore dopo aver preso possesso dell'alloggio "de quo" l'addetto alle risposte e_mail ci fa osservare che le contestazioni non sono pertinenti in quanto formulate dopo il check in asserendo che l'addetto era in grado di comprendere. Tutto falso. Invito chi fornisce le risposte, ammaestrato come una scimmietta (comprendo la sua povera situazione) ad un vis a vis invece di nascondersi codardamente dietro la ritualità di messaggi dispensati solo per strategia aziendale. Non aggiungiamo altro. Dico solo Vergognatevi. State lontano da questo operatore. In zona ci sono altre soluzioni alloggiative con proprietari premurosi che coccolano i propri clienti. Un vero incubo. Dulcis in fundo ... faretto sui mobili della cucina con filo spellato, senza alcuna protezione. Un incubo che va assolutamente segnalato x evitare che possa ripetersi ad altre persone. Ci conforta il fatto che le altre recensioni che per sfortuna abbiamo letto nostro malgrado solo ora, sono dello stesso tenore.
