Located in the outskirts of Bologna, in an apartment building where the bad smell of fried or cooked condominiums is king, we went 2 adults (including a disabled) and a child, we had been assured that there was the entrance for the disabled but there was a (small) flight of stairs, the child's bed is for infant and not for one of 10 years, in the apartment above there was probably a move! Moral, my partner and my son slept on the bed I in the car, not recommended

If you fit in, it's not bad.. But not made to have a comfortable and practical bathroom

· The lady who runs the place, is available to assist guests as best she can... Very helpful to recommend places to eat nearby or places to see... There are window shutters, so total darkness, even in broad daylight... So suitable for those who hate waking up to light in the morning, which usually passes through the curtains.. Good area and the fact that having few rooms, it is all very quiet .. The thing I didn't like, basically, is the bathroom... Absence of shower tray, because it has drains on the floor and if you try to take a shower, you flood the floor... Absence of the bidet, where on the other hand, there is a shower that if you use it, water could get anywhere, so you risk getting wet everywhere... There is no TV in the room.... Breakfast is all a DIY, with coffee machine and everything packaged .. (cookies, crackers, croissants and various cereals for milk... Fridge with yogurt, milk (although you don't know how long it's been open)...
