Small hotel, big on hospitality.

From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the service was exceptional. The hotel may be small in size, but it is truly outstanding when it comes to hospitality, location, cleanliness, and staff.
A special thank you to Vanni, Pasquale, and Titiane, who were consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.
The breakfast was simple but good, with everything needed to start the day well. What made it special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff.
My room was cleaned every day to an exceptionally high standard. Returning to such a spotless room after a long day was always a pleasure.
The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Bologna's main attractions, restaurants, and shops.
What impressed me most was the dedication of the staff. The vast majority of the team showed a level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.

A very good deal for the money. Located in a nice neighborhood with a neighborhood restaurant that I liked next door. Staff is helpful, friendly. AC works and fortunately so does the thermostat. One can pick their favorite temp. Close to bus and train stations.

Were at this hotel from 14.03.2026 to 18.03.2026 (the two of me and my mother). Very convenient location - city centre, nearby train station, supermarket and many shops for all tastes! The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay in! The staff is very responsive and caring, helping with any questions, giving a room with a balcony! Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to Pasquale and Vanni - the receptionists who made our arrival at the hotel unforgettable, all of whom gave advice and help, as well as the girls from the restaurant Elisa and Michaela, who did their job promptly! I also want to celebrate good breakfasts, everything fresh and delicious! Thank you for such a good attitude! From Natalia and Maria

We had a lovely stay at Alberto Atlantic. Room was clean, bathroom shower was great. Temperature was fine. Location was great, short10 min walk to attractions . 15 min walk to train. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
This being said, I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. The walls are paper-thin and we could hear our neighbors’ conversations as if they were in our room. When this happens at night when trying to sleep, it is not ideal.
We could also hear the upstairs doors scraping against the floor (as our bathroom door did, by the way), and the morning vacuuming woke us up often.
On top of that, the room was too warm (no fan or AC, just a unit stuck on ‘heating’) and opening the window meant hearing the drunk people from the bar next door yell and talk until late at night.
On top of all this, there is no kettle, no coffee machine nor fridge, which is not uncommon for Europe; but there were also no tissues!
Finally, the shower pressure was capricous at best, barely rinsing off shampoo at its lowest.
Very disappointed, but glad the staff were very friendly.
