B&B MERAVIGLIOSO
B&b in ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione dei treni, qualità prezzo ottima! La gestrice Valentina è davvero cordiale e disponibile! Come da foto che ho allegato gli arredi sono ben curati e moderni. Locali ben curati nel design e soprattutto si nota l'estrema cura per la pulizia. Frigo a disposizione con yogurt, acqua , succhi di frutta e una vaschetta con prosciutto e formaggio per gli attacchi di fame improvvisi. Presente una macchina del caffè con tazze e tazzine tutte in tinta abbinata al colore della stanza. Il bagno ha una doccia bella spaziosa e moderna, con soffione bello grande. Climatizzatore funzionante e di ultima generazione! Letto un po' duro per chi è abituato a materassi morbidi però provvisto di lenzuola ben pulite e profumate. Ottima e interessante la tecnologia per l'autogestione dell'apertura delle porte del b&b tramite app che sfrutta una tecnologia di apertura magnetica a sblocco a distanza che consente di non avere problemi con orari di rientro e quant'altro. Ringraziamo Valentina che ci ha permesso di tenere i bagagli per l'intera giornata anche dopo il nostro check out per poter finire di visitare la città! 5 stelle super meritate! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

I honestly don't know where to start to tell the bad experience in this structure.
The manager never responds to emails, whatsapp or even calls, I tried to contact him for problems with payment before arriving, then for the lack of toilet paper, in fact there was only one roll already used, I could not get a second and I had to go buy it.
Cleanliness of the room is non-existent, from the floor with dust balls, to the encrusted kitchen sink, even the dishes were to be washed before using them, the bathroom with mold on the ceiling, the balcony never cleaned with cigarette butts on the floor and the ashtray full.
In the kitchen there is a coffee machine but it has neither pods nor sugar, so, practically useless.
In the room the wardrobes for storing clothes are too few, missing a chest of drawers and whole clothes hangers.
The bathroom lacks a place to hang the towels.
The air conditioner that is essential for the Bolognese heat does not work.
The only positive aspect is the convenient location for the fair and the center

Good stay, nice place!
We love the studio so much! Let's start with the location, it's walkable from the centrale bus station and train station, but may be challenging a bit if you have big suitcases. We travelled with 2 luggages each and the distance was bearable for us. There's also a Lidl store near the unit, therefore it was easy for us to get snacks, fruits, toiletries. The self check-in and check-out were super easy to use, as long as you have a good Internet connection. The accommodation has a sizeable lift, fits the 2 of us and our luggages, so definitely suitable for families with elderly or small kids.
The next thing we love is the bed, comfortable and comes with good blanket. The bathroom is super clean, we were given fresh towels and shampoo/conditioner, and the hot water was good. The unit also comes with a small pantry; there's a fridge, plates, mugs, bowls, forks & spoons, microwave, sink, and a small fridge. TV works amazing, there's YouTube and Netflix, Wi-Fi is good, and we love the small balcony that allows us to have dinner and coffee outside to enjoy the view. There's ample space to keep and hang our clothes, and neighbourhood is a sweet and safe one. There are also some Halal shops nearby, so might be a good option for Muslim travellers.

Disappointing - dust everywhere, owner didn't respond!
Dust everywhere. Absolutely everywhere.
On the table, on the shelves and furniture, on the plates, on the glasses, on the lamp shades. We bought cleaning product to clean the room in order to stay there.
Mold in the bathroom, the sink was clogged, one toilet paper already used.
The owner didn't respond to our messages after we sent him pictures with the dust and. everything else we found in the room.
The location was ok.
We had air conditioner (also not cleaned). For an alergic person it is not a proper accommodation at all.

TRUFFATORI - La peggior esperienza di sempre!
La peggior esperienza mai vissuta. Sconsigliato! Struttura sporca e host che non risponde neanche se prenoti tramite booking. State alla larga. In piena estate il condizionatore non era funzionante ed era sporca da prendere il colera. Ho abbandonato la camera ma del rimborso nessuna traccia. LADRI.
