Amazing

The only hotel where the sheets and towels actually smelled nice. The check in/out was smooth, the communication with owner was fine and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Station close by, and just 15 - 20mins walk to the centre. Apartment is very well equipped and in a safe area.

Smells of sewage and don’t trust the picture of the balcony

The flat smells really bad of sewage, it’s very noisy and don’t trust the picture of the balcony as that’s not what we got. Pictures are misleading. The worst part of the flat was the terrible smell of sewage. I have attached the picture of the balcony, it’s not what they advertised.
The lift didn’t work and it’s a lot of stairs to get to the flat.

Move on

It has gotten much worse, it is definitely central but it does not go and I never go back. In addition, the direct booking service leaves much to be desired. Find elsewhere that is better............................................................................................................,,,,,,,,...............,,,,

Weekend trip

Had a 2 night stay here and have to say it was perfect - location, comfort, security and the cleaner let us in early to drop our bags off. Great selection of pots, pans, cutlery etc, meant it was easy to eat in to save money too.
Would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and would happily stay again!,

A perfect stay

I stayed at La Dotta apartments for a week. I travel frequently and this was by far one of my most pleasant accommodation experiences. Firstly Lucia was brilliant - she communicated with me via email and Whatsapp, provided all the necessary info, and was very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out. I loved that there is no formal reception; you get a code for the front door which you can use for access. The apartment is conveniently located about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station, and about 5-10 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. The apartment was clean and comfortable, has all the necessary amenities, and truly felt like a home away from home. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Bologna, and would encourage fellow travelers to also give La Dotta a try.
