For a few nights in Bologna with a toddler, this was a great choice.

Good location in between train station and main square, easy walk to bars and restaurants.
Quiet til 10ish in morning.
Good layout including terrace.
Travelling with an 18 month old baby the apartment was good due to terrace, good cot and mattress, be prepared for a few steps though as first floor with no lift.
Kettle provided.
Comfy bed and pillows.
Good water pressure.
10 am check out is rather harsh when you're supposed to be on holiday, but kindly the hosts were a bit flexible on this.
No microwave or bowels so had to heat milk in a saucepan and eat cereal out of cups.
Only one toilet roll provided.
Welcome was fine, but very business like and not as comprehensive as in other apartments we have stayed in. Also no contact was made prior to arrival to confirm plans, time of meeting etc, which is quite unusual. We Whatsapped on way from airport to initiate contact and therefore had to wait a while once in Bologna (less than 15 mins though).

Really nice person that gives you the key and things.

Good rooms, really near the centre, in front of your apartment there are 3 restaurants. Wifi is good, there is a refrigerator and a fridge, near a supermarket and a parking lodge, and the best near the airport so you don't need to drive so long to the apartment.

AIRCON BREAKDOWN

The aircons were not working and had to open windows. But with the noice outside it was not a very good experience at all.
Sleeping was difficult! Better let the attendant check all the facilities before you let him go. They would just rush you with instructions and get away with facilities not working.

Perfect location,

I and my friends stayed in in apartment for 2 night and it was perfect.
Perfect location, big rooms with perfect beds, good wi-fi and a nice terrace.
The apartment is at 5 minute from train station, 1 minute from Via Indipendenza ( a lot of stores for shopping), 1 minute from the hidden canals , and 5 minute from Piazza Maggiore.
The apartment is very clean and well equipped.
The only inconvenience is the bathroom, is only one and if you are more than 2 people is a little bit difficult but not a problem. The bathroom have a nice balcony.
The breakfast was ok: coffe and a croissant.
I recomment this place , it is perfect for all you want !

Modern, clean and good location

Have traveled around Europe and it was a welcome change to stay in a clean, modern apartment. With a private courtyard, two balconies and washing facility in the apartment. Decent size shower and kitchen. 2 minute walk to main street and lots of restaurants
