Good

We stayed in this apartment for two days at the turn of the year.
Small but nice apartment, recently renovated located on the ground floor with a small chiostra.Posizione great to get to the center of Bologna as the bus stop is right in front of the apartment.
The owners very helpful, we had problems with the heating on 31 evening and they immediately came to help us.
Flaws:
It's on the road, so it's very noisy.
supplies could be improved both for items in the kitchen and for towels.

Excellent

My stay here was wonderful: clean room, heated, with all the necessary excellent facilities. Owner and staff always available and friendly. Highly recommended!

Appearance deceives

Room very nice aesthetically, but appearance deceives... broken fan, light next to the broken bed, when a person takes a shower comes all the way into the bathroom and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired

Nightmare night

Stayed 1 night, nightmare experience. Room on the 3rd floor under the roof, no elevator and especially without air conditioning. There was a ceiling fan that did little and a portable air conditioner without a hose, fake, gave off hot air and made a tractor noise.
Result we did not sleep but we did the sauna all night.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

terrible experience

after staying in the room, I found myself covered with insect bites, which according to the doctor were then found to be gruel or mattress bugs.
rooms not particularly clean, cold and not comfortable.
an uncomfortable feeling throughout the stay.
hot, since there is no air conditioner or fan.
crumpled and grayed bath linen.
never again.
