Think twice before booking

Great location but that is where it ends. Photos are very staged and no where near as nice as the pictures. Glad we only had 2 nights here. We stayed out of the apartment as much as possible. I have stayed in many apartments because I love to go to local markets and cook when traveling in different countries. I would not cook in this one sadly. The price was way too expensive for what you get. Also note no lift/elevator which we knew ahead of time however before booking I reached out to ask which apartment was on the lowest floor but received no response. You have to go to an office to pick up the keys and the process is rather archaic. It should be much easier when booking online. Took way too long when you are the one paying and it’s your vacation time. So many great places to stay in the wonderful town of Bolzano so look elsewhere. The one bright spot was they had a washing machine and drying rack.

Not worth the money.

The location is great but that's about it. We stayed one night here and the following morning at our breakfast we discovered all the cutlery, glasses and tea towel were dirty and smelly. Very poor quality control from the owners and were not coming back.

Mas caro que alojarte en un hotel y 3 pisos por escalera

ARCADE Apartments
LO QUE NOS GUSTO:
+ Ubicación : centrico en Bolzano
+ Decoración moderna y equipado muy completo
LO QUE NO NOS GUSTO:
- El departamento está en un 3 piso de un edificio antiguo y muy alto, por escaleras. No hay elevador ni nadie que te ayude con el equipaje. Este si bien (si no tienes tanto equipaje) con esfuerzo se puede solucionar, resulta indispensable saberlo de antemano. Es algo que consideramos DEBEN aclararlo. La subida y bajada de estos 3 pisos se sienten.
- El departamento NO posee WIFI
- En el piso de arriba del departamento vive una familia con niños que saltan, juegan, gritan, patean la pelota y se siente como si estuvieran literal arriba de la cabeza.
- El costo de este departamento no se justifica versus alojarte en cualquier buen hotel de alta categoría ya que : el costo fue 140 Euros + 40Euros de Parking + 15Euros un desayuno standard para dos personas: 200Euros
- La Atención es en una oficina completamente impersonal, con alguien que te acompaña hasta el apartamento sin ofrecerte ningún tipo de ayuda.

Lage ist mega , aber . . .

1.) Das parken in der Parkgarage ist ziemlich umständlich,erst fährt man in die Garage dann muss man sich anmelden wo man dann wiederum eine andere Parkkarte für einen abgesicherten Bereich der Tiefgarage bekommt und nochmals umparken muss
2.) Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug und mit Gepack und Kinderwagen ist das sehr sehr unpraktisch und könnte schon irgendwo zu stehen haben.
3.) Wohnung befand sich extrem staubig,vor allem unter dem Sofa und unter den Vorhängen!
Aber preislich ist das alles wirklich noch im Rahmen
