Great service, breakfast and location

The owner was very kind to help us find free parking on the streets. She even offered to move her own car, so we could get her parking spot. We had to reschedule our stay, and the owner showed exceptional service and professionalism.
The breakfast is very good, the rooms are nice and the hotel is located in the very center of Bolzano.
My best recommendations.

Basic hotel on the outskirts of town. Fine if just a base. Pros - decent shower and some locally frequented restaurants very close by (plus a supermarket). Cons - check in not until 17.00, beds small and bedding basic. No cups/glasses in the room and had to request additional pillow (which was provided). For those exploring, they don’t provide the Bolzano pass, which means you can probably upgrade your hotel and still save money if the pass is provided.

To be avoided - High prices and poor services

Stay with a truly terrible experience and absolutely not recommended.
Main negative points:
1. Reception and payment management
Hasty reception. The first contact was a list of everything that had to be paid for separately, without any welcome information.
2. Parking €20.00
Paid garage. Cars are parked in a second row and moving them depends entirely on the front desk, which keeps the keys. Convenience is zero.
3. Bike management
We were traveling with a valuable, clean road bike. In all the other facilities where we have stayed, they have always let us keep it in the room. No availability here. We were offered the shared garage with cars for €3. Upon requesting a locked place, they offered us a storage closet, also for €3.
4. Rooms and costs
We added a triple room: €180 without breakfast for 3 people. The following day the room was booked for 3, but in the end, 2 of us used it. The reception was notified, but no discount or upgrade was offered. Charged €250 without breakfast.
The room was very small, basic, without even a complimentary bottle of water. The bathroom was outdated and lacked a bidet. A level I would define as 1 star.
5 proximity to the center
The only positive point is the excellent proximity to the center, which can be reached with a pleasant 2.5km walk.
Conclusion
The cost is truly expensive and is absolutely not in line with the quality offered. The property falls into the mediocrity range. Not recommended.

Recommended city hotel with a great price-performance ratio.

During our cycling trip on the Via Claudia Augusta, we spent two nights in this small city hotel.
Our room was simply and functionally furnished and very clean. Despite being located in the middle of the city, it is quiet in the hotel, and we were able to sleep well. There was a place for our e-bikes in the locked garage, where the batteries could also be charged.
The breakfast was sensationally good, especially the fresh, homemade waffles!
We can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay here, smooth and simple check in, friendly and helpful staff, clean, tidy and spacious room with all you could need, short walk to the station and a great base point for the dolomites
