The hotel corresponded to category 3.
The hotel is easy to find in the city of Bolzano. To reach the city by public transport without transfers, the bus stop is about 100 meters from the hotel.
The staff was friendly, and the bikes could be adjusted well.
The single room had everything but was very small. Dinner in the beautifully wood-paneled dining room was very refined, and the service was attentive. Breakfast had everything one loves.

Advise customers more clearly
Very clean central breakfast good but essential small details not all rooms have a bidet and the customer is not warned of this deficiency.

Hotel located in Gries Square.
I stayed in an apartment located in a different structure than the hotel.
I did not use the breakfast and the restaurant in the structure.
The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with induction hob and electric oven and a small refrigerator.
In the cabinets there are plates, pots, glasses and forks and other items necessary for cooking.
They also provide dishwashing detergent, tea towels, broom and scoop and a tablecloth.
The kitchen area is furnished with a table, a large sofa and television.
The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a low wall and consists of the normal furnishings of a hotel room.
The bathroom, not windowed, is large, but dated as far as sanitary facilities are concerned.
There is no cleaning of the premises.
Included in the price of the stay is the subscription to the means of transport.
It should be improved:
1) The soundproofing of the rooms.
2) Cleaning upon delivery of the room.
3) The exit from the apartments on the street, as there are no pedestrian crossings and this makes the crossing dangerous.

Great stay.
Great structure. Clean and comfortable. A little far from the center is well connected by bus. Anyway 20 minutes walk and you get there. Good breakfast, a little limited with desserts but good.
