Kindness, politeness, and availability beyond the norm in this beautiful B actually, calling it that is an understatement because Carmelo, the owner of Sicilian origin who knows what life is, is a wonderful person who welcomes you not as guests but as part of a family. My wife, my daughter, and I were super pampered in everything, and then there is Ms. Rita, his friend and collaborator, who is cordial, kind, and humane; you guys are TOP.
BYE Carmelo, bye Rita, I hope to see you soon, and to you users, I say you will not regret choosing this pearl of a B&B house. The name of the B&B is spot on, thank youuuuuuu

Excellent.

Super positive experience!
Perfectly connected to the ring road and highway, facilitating travel, it is located in front of Leolandia, the main attraction for families with children. The owner Carmelo is courteous and helpful, a truly pleasant person. Abundant, varied, and artisanal breakfast. It was a superb stay.

Pleasant night

Quiet structure we were two families..... simple room with everything you need x spend a pleasant night... very close to Leolandia... and a pizzeria '' those good guys '' that we recommended Mr. Carmelo... all pleasant and then in the morning you wake up with a tempting smell that tickles your palate... the fantastic Mr. Carmelo prepares with passion and love many delights... infinitely thank you...

Everything perfect

Everything perfect, Mr. Carmelo available and ready for anything. B&B in great location and top breakfast. We and our children had a great time, moreover with the shuttle service the movements were simple and with zero stress. I recommend it!! And if I go back to the area, I know who to contact!

very nice one

PROS:
- very nice and friendly owner + family
- close to bergamo and milano (by car though)
- quite locality
- good home made stuff on the breakfast
- nice design room
- comfy bed
- clean
CONS:
- well not really :) maybe that you really need other means of transportation to go to Milano or Bergamo, but that's obvious
