Gepflegt und in schöner Lage

Wir haben einen erholsamen Familien-Urlaub in der schön gelegenen Anlage verbracht.
Die Ausstattung ist gut, Pool und Waschmaschine können gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein, z.B. eine Spülmaschine.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Appartementhaus liegt etwas oberhalb des Gardasees, mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den See von allen Wohnungen aus. Assenza ist ein kleiner Ort unweit von Malcesine. Die Wohnungen bestehen jeweils aus einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit integrierter Küchenzeile, 2 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett und einem Bad mit Dusche. Ebenfalls war bei uns ein Abstellraum vorhanden. Im wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen ist ein sehr schöner Pool, eine Anlage zum Grille, eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine und eine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden. Es war alles super sauber und man wird ganz liebevoll betreut. Am Pool sind genügend Liegen vorhanden. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, mit toller Terrasse, die Wohnungen im 1. Stock haben einen tollen Balkon. Das Haus besteht aus insgesamt 10 Wohnungen. Man kann zu Fuß zum kleinen Lebensmittelladen spazieren, ebenfalls befinden sich 3 Restaurants und eine Strandbar in Assenza. Der Bus fährt regelmäßig am See entlang zu den anderen Orten, man kann also auch durchaus das Auto in der Tiefgarage beruhigt stehen lassen. Tickets kauft man im Tabakgeschäft (ist günstiger als direkt beim Fahrer). Ausflüge kann man am Gardasee ganz viele machen, es ist einfach eine schöne Gegend. Der Strand ist mit einer wundervollen Strandpromenade versehen, ist aber steinig und schmal.

Molto bello e vicino al lago

Vacanza in famiglia, appartamento con due matrimoniali più un divano letto matrimoniale. Spazioso con posto auto coperto e vista mozzafiato, piscina, parco con gli olivi con spazio barbecue. A due passi dal lago e dai servizi .Molto soddisfatto.
