Trip to Emilia-Romagna

We booked an air-conditioned suite (208). Large suite with living room (2 club chairs) + ottoman. Dressing area, desk, TV, refrigerator.
Shower room with bidet, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, nail file), hair dryer. Slippers and bathrobes.
Very comfortable bed.
All-you-can-eat continental breakfast.
Adorable staff.
In short, a great stay!

Friendly and pleasant hotel

Superb hotel in the land of Dom Camillo and Peppone.
Pleasant welcome, large parking lot, easy access (separate entrance and exit on a roundabout about 2km before Brescello).
Comfortable and well-appointed rooms.
Breakfast more modest than in large chains, but it is more than sufficient and it is homemade. Hot drinks prepared in the kitchen and brought to you (not from a machine!). Excellent cappuccino.

I'm not going back.

We stayed at this hotel in October. I believe that a star has been generously gifted. A receptionist was simultaneously performing the Bar Service. We stayed in a self-styled suite, whose only silver lining was the walkable surface of the only room, whose windows gave on the garbage cans the desolately empty and off mini bar, the peeling shower tray. Breakfast, perhaps because we were the last, very poor. The positive note of this property is the kindness and courtesy of the girls.

The room is not there

We arrive at the hotel at 6.15pm and are informed that they have a problem with the room due to boiler breakage that has flooded the room. They liquidate us with a sorry without any attempt to find an alternative solution in another structure. I understand the confusion and it has already happened to me on other trips that the room was not available, but I was always offered a room in another hotel or structure at the same price. There has not even been an attempt to find an alternative here. I find unacceptable behavior that shows little attention to the customer.

4-star hotel just outside Brescello, ideal for those who want to visit the village of Peppone and Don Camillo. Comfortable rooms, private parking, abundant breakfast, bathroom equipped with everything and the right size.
