Neo Hotel is a design hotel set in front of the Airclub in Bresso, 1 km from Niguarda district. It is 8 km from Milano Centrale Train Station and 2,5 km from the closest metro stops . All rooms at the Neo are large and air-conditioned.

Lovely experience
We had a lovely time at this hotel! Staff were incredibly lovely and very helpful, we ran into some issues during our time but the staff were always willing to help out which we really appreciate. Hotel itself was great, room was enough space for 2 and bathroom was more spacious than expected with shower working great. We had breakfast at the hotel which was very nice with a decent amount of options for vegetarians like myself. Found the location of the hotel to be slightly far out from main attractions than expected, as we had to take the 83 bus and then the M3 metro into Milan Centrale (we bought a 3-day travel pass upon arrival in Milan). For those who arrive late to the hotel like ourselves and can’t find anywhere to eat, there is a small place around the corner from the hotel that was open till late and served pizza. We had a great time at the hotel and the staff really made our experience enjoyable, we highly appreciate, thank you very much!

Location not the best / Hotel outdated
Overall the location wasn’t the best and the room was quite outdated and not very representable for a ‘4 star’ hotel
Room - So much damage all around it and holes as well as dirt/marks all up the walls and the sides. Had to ask for new towels upon arrival due to dirty towels in the room. The room was quite spacious and so was the bathroom but the whole room was in need of huge TLC. It was not a very nice place to stay, when we asked for a new room we were told they cannot do anything - even after explaining everything and showing them photos. Plug sockets were not fixated into the wall. There is a ‘mini bar’ in the room as well as a smart TV with Netflix. AC in the room was good. Dirt on bed sheets upon check in. Quite a few ants in the room each day too.
Location - Not the best location for Milan, is around a 45-50 minute bus & metro journey to the centre with the bus stops being situated quite close. Not much to do around the hotel. There is a supermarket down the road as well as some local cafes.
Airport - From Milan airport it was around a 30-40 minute journey. The hotel is accessible by train however you would need to do the train, then the metro & bus to get to the hotel. You can use the ‘ATM’ app to buy journeys.
Staff - Check in staff were lovely, however when asking about the change of room - they weren’t as pleasant then.
Hotel facilities - They have a gym which has ‘technogym’ equipment within it - only has 1 of each item with a total of 7 items within the gym. Restaurant on site.

Hotel is very good. The front staff are very kind and helpful. Only drawback is of course the location is far away from Milan Centre.

Very nice stay, and spacious room, with a mini bar, tv and powerful hair dry. The outside space is beautiful. The gym is a great add-on too.
