.Welcoming and convenience

I found myself very comfortable. Especially the reception staff was available to meet all my needs with great dedication and professionalism. Excellent value for money.The only two defects concern the structure lack a TV room and footholds in the bathroom.

Light and dark

Great location near the center. The rooms are not air conditioned so it is possible that you suffer from the heat, also because at the beginning of September they have already put down duvets. Reception is not very fast at check in. Attention: from this year the property does not issue the South Tyrol Guest Card - which most structures instead issue at check in - for free use of public transport: so it is a cost that you will have to count even if you save on the room.
Recommendation not to take water from the common fridge, because they put it at a cost that you will not forget: 1 liter, 5 euros.

South Tyrolean economy

I stayed for one night in this property which is more a college than a hotel located just behind the Duomo,
The modern structure includes three buildings where there are large rooms with bathrooms without a TV or mini bar.
Convenient parking: with € 5 you leave the car to visit the city in 24 h.
Breakfast, very good, is held in the main building and must be done by 9.
The only flaw is that there was no hot water: our shower was very lukewarm if not almost cool.

A splendid structure, very clean, friendly and affable staff.
The rooms are clean, minimal, functional and comfortable. Excellent shower with power shower.

Good stay in the center of Bressanone.

Very central, comfortable, quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very minimal and quite small single room. Price not too high. The structure and the rooms appear recently renovated. Clean. Helpful staff but reception has limited hours.
