Generous accommodation

We had to cancel our already booked stay at the Tourist Hotel due to illness. They generously waived the cancellation fee (3 days before the arrival date).

Excellent stay and treatment dispensed by the owner!

Great stay! The welcoming of the owner and other people of the staff is very good. Right upon arrival, the receptionist was already with the room distribution ready, asked us for passports and went handing us the keys to the respective apartments. He gave us tips on restaurants, including those that would give us discounts, a pass to use on bus or train during our stay to visit the main tourist attractions. Good breakfast, with attentive service. Rooms always very clean, good size, with closet and fridge bar. Close to the center, the main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops - all on foot. Supermarket next door, 50m. Daily Roger, the owner, before we went for the tours, kindly gave us information, tips and all kinds of attention. At the match he gathered us (3 couples) and gave a special thank you.

Favorable experience

Clean and welcoming hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and for every palate. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Enzo and Ines are exceptional people. At the reception there are professionally competent girls and always in a good mood. A positive experience.

Exceptional stay

I stayed at this hotel for a long stay, almost a month, and it was simply an excellent experience. From the very first moment you can feel the attention towards the guest to such an extent as to pamper him, but what really makes the difference is the extraordinary professionalism of all the staff.
Every employee, including the owner, proved prepared, helpful and always ready to meet every request with a smile. Kindness was true, sincere and spontaneous: a rare value to find in hotels. From the reception to the breakfast room service, up to the staff in charge of the rooms, everyone worked with maniacal care, paying attention to even the smallest details.
I felt comfortable welcomed and pampered for the duration of the period. To achieve these high standards, behind it is a great organization and a great passion for hospitality and their work.
I highly recommend this hotel to those seeking not only comfort and quality, but above all impeccable service and a welcome that makes you feel really at home. Congratulations really, I hope to return as soon as possible.
