Ruhiges Zimmer für Zwischenstop

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Parkplätze stehen in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Zimmer liegen im 3.Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Transport von schweren Gepäckstücken kann schwierig werden. Pizzeria sofort neben dem Hotel.

Impossible to stay there in summer

Well located accommodation 25 minutes from Levanto and a very nice owner. On the other hand, the lack of air conditioning and the noise from the street preventing you from opening the window (restaurants open until 12:30 a.m. at the foot of the window and the garbage trucks at 6 a.m.) mean that it is impossible to sleep, it is very hot hot
We also hear the noises of the apartments (formerly rooms in the same apartment) next door

Struttura fortemente sconsigliata. Camera assolutamente insufficiente.

La camera in cui ho soggiornato è minuscola, circa 10 mq, e l’ho trovata del tutto inadeguata per un soggiorno. Non c’è aria condizionata e l’ambiente presenta un forte e persistente odore di umido. La pulizia è insufficiente e, nel complesso, la stanza dà una sensazione di trascuratezza e di scarsa igiene. È difficile considerarla una sistemazione confortevole: gli spazi sono estremamente ridotti e le condizioni dell’ambiente non rendono piacevole soggiornarvi.
Sconsiglio fortemente questa struttura, soprattutto se ci si aspetta una camera dignitosa, pulita e confortevole.
Avevo comunque cercato di essere corretto e obiettivo, assegnando una valutazione "neutra" su Booking, quindi tutt’altro che punitiva. La recensione era sincera e riportava semplicemente la mia esperienza, comprese le criticità riscontrate.
La reazione del proprietario è stata però sorprendente: mi ha scritto privatamente attaccandomi personalmente.
Trovo assurdo che un cliente non possa esprimere una valutazione sincera, anche quando contiene delle lamentele. Le recensioni servono esattamente a questo: raccontare la propria esperienza, nel bene e nel male. Nel mio caso avevo addirittura scelto di essere moderato nel giudizio.
La qualità della sistemazione e, soprattutto, l’atteggiamento dimostrato nei confronti del cliente mi portano a dire con chiarezza: non tornerei e consiglio vivamente di scegliere un’altra struttura.
