Relaxation day
For those who want to spend a relaxing day away from crowded and noisy pools it is the ideal place. We booked for the day of mid-August lunch buffet many things cold cuts couscous cheeses cut of ice cream fruit all great, in the afternoon at 17 aperitif prosecco with snacks pizzas. But what I want to emphasize is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Attentive to customer requests. Thanks for everything I recommend.

Vacker plats men fruktansvärd service
I’ve read what others wrote about their experience of the service in this hotel/B&B. I thought; how bad can it be? I was obviously wrong. The service is worse than I ever could have imagined. Total lack of respect of the costumers.
It all started at check in. I announced our arrival time well in advance. But once at the gate no one answered. We tried several phone numbers listed on the home page, the chat on hotels.com, email and so one. Nothing. Luckily another guest let us into the garden after 1h in 35 degrees. I desperately reached out to customer service at hotels.com after 2 hours trying to get a refund and book another hotel. Then we got text messages from two persons that didn’t present themselves more than “staff”. I later found out one was Eva and the other one Francesca. They announced they got the check in date wrong because of the computer (?!) 3 hour late we got the room. Compensation offered; one breakfast. I pushed for breakfast for the stay( 5d) but already the first day we noticed the breakfast was so poor it was not worth it. There was only sweet options, yougurt and cereal for 1 person (we’re a family of 4) no butter, bread that was reheated and singlepacked mermelade and crackers. We went back to our room for eggs, butter, fresh fruit, yougurt, cereals and so on. The coffee was good though.
And there was som lights in the dark; room was spacious and rustic kichen worked well, terraced garden with beautiful view and refreshing pool with nice sunbeds and shade. Generous 4 towels per person (hands, body, private and pool) On the down side was the not so generous facts; lack of toilet paper, soap and equipment for dish up. Service during our stay was non existent, only text messenges translated to English. The tourist tax was expected in cash without receipt, but I rejected and asked for payment with card with emailed invoice. Check out at 9. Brave for a staff that don’t show up on agreed check in at 15.

Enjoyable Stay
Beautiful Tuscan apartments set high above the town of Buti, Leah is an amazing host, we had no transportation to the town at night and Leah facilitated return journeys.
Apartments are well laid out and are comfortable , with a small kitchen and lounge area and spacious bedroom and good size bathroom, would definitely use again if we had own transportation
An added bonus was the very clean and large pool area which is very well maintained

Peace and tranquility.
An agriturismo isolated from everything and everyone, located above the town; to reach it, you need to drive a small road for about 6/7 minutes from the town... once you arrive, however, the view is stunning, the pool is great, the parking is unpaved under the agriturismo, you can unload in front of the gate, but then you need to take the car to the parking area. Breakfast for €10 or €15, I recommend the latter because it is super rich and complete... large and spacious rooms, bathroom in excellent condition, I would improve the cleanliness.
Booked through booking and paid €12 per person for the final cleaning, book directly with the facility.
Recommended, but not for everyone.

Beautiful
place beautiful panoramic view impeccable services. An applause to the director Mrs. Pioli very kind takes care of the customer from A to Z always present for any eventuality and request that knows how to competently satisfy. I highly recommend a quiet rare place simply beyond expectation.
