Excellent appartement and super friendly service

The location is very safe and rooms are lovely. Elena is a very friendly person and she replied very fast when we had a question. On any subject: food recommendations, on the appartement,etc. They also let you to leave your luggage if you get to the location before your room is available.
Rooms are very clean, with a lot of space and with AC (set for a perfect 22 Celsius degrees).
I totally recommend!

Modern and homely with a great host

We had a great 2 night stay. Elena was a very friendly and helpful host. In a renovated building, there are 3-4 rooms in this large apartment, with the owners staying in the apartment above incase you need anything (Elena also gave me her Whatsapp number and was quick to reply with restaurant/sightseeing info as we were exploring). The room was very large with sofa, table, bed and nice bathroom - all modern and fresh. Location was great for us - around 10 minutes walk from the train station and the main centre of town, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Great base for exploring Cagliari, and with the level of personal service that you'll never get from a hotel. Highly recommended and will be back for sure.

Ferragosto a Casteddu

Io ed un'amica abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per 4 notti a cavallo di ferragosto. Camera bella, pulita e molto accogliente; sembra un piccolo monolocale con tanto di angolo cottura e terrazzino.(le foto sono reali) La posizione è buona, si può facilmente raggiungere la zona porto, il centro e i bastioni a piedi. Comodo anche il parcheggio per la macchina. La host Elena è un'ottima padrona di casa : gentile, sempre disponibile, ci ha fornito degli ottimi consigli per una piacevole e veloce vacanza cagliaritana. Grazie Elena , ritorneremo!!

Una splendida sorpresa.

Mai avrei immaginato di trovare in un semplice “affitta camere” tanta eleganza e raffinatezza. Camere arredate con gran gusto (al mio entusiasmo per la mia stanza, la proprietaria ha voluto mostrarmi anche le altre, ancora libere) e personalità. La n. 1, quella che ho occupato per due notti, era semplicemente superba: un letto in legno (appartenuto addirittura ad una Principessa) e un armadio antichi, e perfettamente restaurati e manutenuti, le davano un tocco di classe da far invidia ad un 4 stelle. Letto molto comodo. Camera ampia dai soffitti alti, molto confortevole e pulitissima. Impianto di climatizzazione muovo, silenziosissimo ed efficiente.
Il tutto impreziosito dal garbo e dalla gentilezza della proprietaria.
Posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere agevolmente a piedi i punti più interessanti della città.
Lo consiglio assolutamente e senza riserve.

Qualche cosa da migliorare

Accoglienza molto gentile, posizione buona, purtroppo no avuto una camera con soppalco ed è stata scomoda. A mio avviso far trovare un forno a microonde e non una macchinetta del caffè non ha senso se consideriamo che non ha la sala. Colazione. Consiglierei di far trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera. WIFI da migliorare, prezzo buono.
