Like at home

Location 2 steps from the Domus Arena stadium 3 km from the center of Cagliari and a 1.5 km from Poetto beach. Renting a car you are close enough to villa simius and it costs rei . The owner Alessio is very kind makes you feel at home. Good breakfast. I recommend bravo Alessio.

IL MIGLIOR B&B DOVE SIAMO MAI STATI

Siamo stati al Mareya dal 18 al 23 agosto. Si trova al sesto piano di un palazzo in un quartiere tranquillo a metà strada tra il centro storico e il Poetto. È un appartamento nuovo, arredato con attenzione con mobili tutti di ottima qualità; ci ha colpito l’attenzione ai particolari: i mobili della camera robusti e spaziosi, il phon professionale, il bagno e la camera ampi e vivibili. Anche la cucina è grande e fresca; molto comodo il balconcino dove prendere il fresco o fare colazione.
La posizione è ottimale per visitare Cagliari, città bellissima e molto viva la sera, ma anche per andare a visitare tutte le spiagge del golfo, dalla vicina Poetto fino a Chia o Villasimius.
Vogliamo poi citare Alessio, il proprietario, sempre attento ai suoi ospiti e prodigo di consigli per una buona vacanza.
Da adesso sarà il nostro riferimento per dare il massimo delle valutazioni.

Parfait

Mon séjour chez B&B Mareya était parfait ! L'endroit est proche d'une station de bus qui permet d'aller à la plage ou au centre ville. Une chambre privée avec une salle de bain, salle à manger partagée (petit-déjeuner inclus). Alessio est un hôte magnifique tout simplement. Il est très sympa et il nous a donné des conseils détaillés sur la ville et comment profiter de notre séjour. Chaque fois on le croise on discute un peu ce qu'on a fait pendant la journée ou la veille. C'était comme si on discutait avec un ami (et il l'est déjà). Merci Alessio

Top!!

B&B op de zesde verdieping van een flat.....kan dat iets zijn?
Nou en of!De woonwijk ligt aan de rand vd stad in een rustige wijk naast het voetbalstadion.Toegang tot de flat is besloten.Mooie ruime kamer met prachtige badkamer.Ruime woonkeuken met aangrenzend balkon.Er waren meerdere gasten in de andere kamers maar we hebben deze mensen niet gezien dus het leek of we het gehele appartement voor onszelf hadden.Goed gevulde koelkast, mogelijkheid tot zelf koken.Vouchers om in restaurant Good te ontbijten (vlakbij). Eigenaar Alessio was niets te veel.Gaf ons uitgebreide info.
Mooi uitzicht ,zeer prettig verblijf.
