Simple, clean, and in a great location

For the price paid, I had a really good experience. The property is a bit old, both in terms of the building and the furnishings, but it is well-maintained, clean, and has everything you need.
The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around the city and well-connected. There are also bars and restaurants below the property, which I found very convenient.
One of the things I appreciated most was definitely the cleanliness, truly impeccable both in the room and in the common areas. The girl who works there was also super kind and helpful; she recommended several places to see and was really sweet to us. I had a very good experience.
It is simple accommodation without great pretensions, but for the price paid, I would say it is just fine. In fact, between the cleanliness, location, and kindness of the staff, I was more than satisfied.

Disappointment.

Disappointment. The door is half broken... the intercom is faulty. The window in the room is broken... the keys are defective...
Total disappointment...

Very bad

Lack of hygiene, poor services and terrible linen. Shower box that doesn't close and floods the bathroom.
Poor mattresses and third bed bases practically broken.
To forget. I don't recommend it.
Stayed in March 2024 with friends.

Conference at University

7 km.from Elmas airport by train for 1.30 euro.(10 minutes). Then at about 30 minutes to the hotel on foot.
It's selfcatering. The second floor. The room is quite large with 2 beds: one big and one small, a huge wardrobe.
Everything was clean. Liquid soap is included+tasty candies)). If you need, ask for a hairdrier or a kettle.
The staff is really helpful!
But...they don't speak English at all. Just Italian. And there is no reception actually. From 9.00 to 18.00 the staff is there. Don't forget about siesta!!)) The shops are closed, no people at all.

Location che non useremo più

Pulizia iniziale mancante, erano presenti i calzini del precedente ospite; completamente mancanti le pulizie successive previste per il 4 giorno (da loro assicurate il 14 luglio) o il 5 giorno (come comunicatoci a voce il terzo giorno). Bagno sprovvisto di qualsiasi poggia asciugamani o appendiabiti; piumino non molto pulito; biancheria in dotazione di scarsa qualità con i bordi sfilacciati. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Hanno prelevato dalla carta di credito l'intero importo del soggiorno prima ancora del nostro arrivo, cosa mai capitataci in tanti anni e tanti viaggi!
