Surprise

Good morning everyone, today I was in this city
which surprised me a lot, we took a tour with a golf car from the port area and went around the historic center, churches, walls, doors, it was worth it and I was very impressed, I will definitely return.

Booked - Reservation confirmed - when we came OVERBOOKED and canceled

We are travellming a lot and this is the first time that something like this happened.
We booked via Booking.com.
Booking was confirmed, we arrived ti Cagliari at 20h in the evening, we called the B&B and the lady said that there is no place. They are overbooked. We got really surprised and called the Booking.com help service so they tried to assist us. At the end - we eneded up without of acomodation at 22h when the whole procedure with booking.com was over and they didnt manage to find an accomodation for us.
Think twice before book. We got booking confirmation. Our credit card was charged.
It was very hard to getthe money back as it was no free cancelation booking, so even if we did not got the acomodation as it was overbooked we had to have discusion with booking.com in order to get the money back.

Jolie mais décevant

Un très beau point de vue sur la ville et sur le port avec des monuments historiques sympa, cependant je reste déçu de Cagliari, pour moi c’était une des moins belle ville que nous avons fait lors de nos vacances en Sardaigne. Beaucoup d’autre villes, plus belle, et authentique

Un ville...

Cagliari reste incontournable en Sardaigne! Cependant, un conseil, ni prévoyez pas un séjour trop long... d’autres points vus magnifiques vous attendent en Sardaigne.
nous y avons passé une journée.
