Perfect.
Our stay at Cramu was perfect! The location is very central and allows you to go out on foot in the evening without having to move the car since in the evening it is more difficult to find parking. The rooms are modern and well appointed. We always found it clean well and the owner super helpful in asking us if we needed anything... recommended for those looking for a quiet stay and close to the center. We will definitely return

Awful.
I had a terrible time.
Ridiculous breakfast.
Four cookies and always those for 7 days. No croissants. A week-long lemon cake.
Classic room without balcony.
The website said that the room had a balcony.
Where was I supposed to lay beach towels and costumes for a week in Sardinia?
On the mid-August day I returned to the room at 6 pm and the room had not been fixed. Bed undone and towels all on the ground.
I called the B&B number three times and nobody answered.
I wrote a message and nothing.
The B&B has three rooms and is unable to handle them, apparently.
So I picked up the towels from the floor to dry after the shower.
After an hour and a half the owner replied on WhatsApp and wrote messages that shocked me.
For example, “I ask for a moment if it’s true”; “Come on get the towels ready I’m going to pass.”
I was astonished.
I got to talk to the owner in person. Sub-zero professionalism and thought he was right.
Speechless.
Ugly area, full of dangerous people. Dirty.
There is no parking.
We found free parking 1 km from the B&B.
Every day we have come this way in the sun.
Non-existent assistance. Every time I needed help, no one answered my phone.
Nonexistent wardrobe. Two shelves and some hangers. Where was I supposed to put my clothes for 7 days?
There is no minibar.
Very old elevator.
More than bad experience.
If you can avoid this place.

The building doesn’t look like much from the outside, but you'll sleep in a modern room with a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom as well.
Impeccably clean, with even the option to use towels for the beach.
Andrea is very welcoming and truly cares about making his guests feel at home. He's always available and will give you plenty of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Strategic location, very kind Owner
Strategic location close to the train station, the terminus of many buses and the port. As well as 5 minutes from the pedestrian area that connects the whole city center.
Owner very kind and helpful towards the needs of customers. Rooms renovated very well, comfortable, with everything you need for a nice stay. Full breakfast also attentive to various intolerances / allergies. I am celiac and I found everything I needed as in hotels.

A home far from home
Nicola gave as a very warm welcome. The room was top top clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was overwhelming for a B&B. You have everything you want, bread, toast, fresh fruits, yoghurt, Muesli, nuts and seeets, good coffee and tea as well. We definitely Recommend Cramu and would book again.
