Room that denotes scruples for cleanliness, order and comfort. Located in one of the most picturesque areas of Cagliari.

The room immediately gave me tranquility and well-being. Located near the pier “Su Siccu”, it allows you to access one of the most suggestive walks along the seafront of the city of Cagliari. The owners immediately distinguished themselves for kindness, helpfulness and fairness.
The room was distinguished by cleanliness, functionality and good taste in 'furnishing. I highly recommend the overnight stay.

unbearable sewage smell

My husband and I were guests of this structure, the external building is a condominium with several apartments and this is located on the 4th floor.
Self check in was easy but the room was disappointing. The sheets were not clean, let alone ironed, the bed was pulled up hastily, the curtains were dirty with drops of blood and the most terrible thing was an unbearable smell of sewage, opening all the windows didn't change anything, I didn't sleep at all .
Upon our complaint, the owner replaced the sheets, still not ironed but perhaps cleaner.
Black spots on the wall, what does it take to remove them with a rag? Sometimes a little is enough but the smell of sewer is one reason why I don't recommend it.
A plus is free parking nearby.
