Guest house 73 is an excellent accommodation facility.
the space is cozy and elegant. I really appreciated the architectural choices made during the renovation and furnishing. No detail is left to chance while maintaining a balance between taste and simplicity.
The Owner is the personification of hospitality, you perceive that she loves her job and loves to do it at its best by putting guests at ease, with every kind of attention. I felt really pampered.

Sardinia's best accommodation

Here everything is perfect! Super fresh rooms, cleanliness, location in the middle of the city but above all all all Susanna's treatment when arriving in the middle of the night, exclusive breakfast where nothing is missing, tips on excursions and how to travel by buses taxi and train. Absolutely perfect. Much more than 10 points.

Five Star

Guest House 73 whispers quality, from the gorgeous tiles to the beautifully equipped kitchen, 1st class bathrooms & incredibly stylish decor. The central location is perfect. It’s a short walk to everywhere including the train station.
Susanna (the host) is a lovely person & keeps the place spotlessly clean. She’s very caring, bakes wonderfully, and very interesting to talk with. She is also there if & when you should need her. I highly recommend her & the accommodation.
Cagliari has a charm of its own, to get lost wondering around this beautiful characterful city is part of the excitement. There are lots of historic monuments to see and beautiful Churches, botanical gardens was delightful too. The architecture is stunning all over this gorgeous place.
The restaurant & cafe are endless & delicious. One of my favourite was: IMPASTO great food & service. My favourite cafe was breakfast at: Bar/Pasticceria Equador. It has amazing danish.
Chia beach, i highly recommend to go.
I got there by bus, then a good walk down an isolated track. If it wasn’t for google maps don’t think I would have found it. This is the most stunning beach I have ever seen. (& I’m Australian) I was mesmerised to see Aqua waters, white silk sands and next to no one on this stunning beach. it was all mine.
Getting back is another story, but I’ll let you find your own adventure for that one….I also recommend a place called Iglesias. This is a charming place & worth a look.

I will definitely use this beautiful place again. Only Next time I will stay longer at Guesthouse 73. To explore this beautiful place more. So till then;
