TRIP

The staff is courteous and always available for any request you may have. The internal structure of the hotel is a bit dated and should be updated. Optimal location in the center and easily reachable on foot from the train, bus, and taxi stations. The historic center is easily reachable on foot. Breakfast is a bit too minimalist but good. Overall judgment is good.

Stay away from this hotel

The rooms were poor, and the service was even worse.
From the moment we arrived until we left, we never felt welcome. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast was also far below what you would expect.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

I originally booked a single room but the bed was amazingly narrow and could not sleep well, so had to upgrade to a bigger bed. Don't choose this option unless you are a dwarf. The breakfast was poor value. Don't choose it.
On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent, staff friendly and helpful and all spoke English.

Ottimp both for the prices, and for the courtesy of the staff. Very central

I've been going down to 4M for years, the furniture is always the same, but now with the new beds you sleep like hell. The rooms on the courtyard are a bit depressing, I prefer those on via Angioi, although the street is often very noisy, especially on Saturday nights
