Fabulous in a great location

Great location and the rooms we stayed in were immaculate and comfortable. Check in was easy and stress free. Owner communicated well with us. We were so impressed we booked to stay there again and would definitely do so in the future - location location location

Super central location!

We stayed twice at the Luxur Yenne, 2022 in the Deluxe Room, very nice, this time in the standard, was ok but just that (fan in the bathroom annoys).
Clean and well equipped is everything.
The location on Piazza Yenne is great especially for the short city break.
Most attractions, shops, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, car can stop (in public parking) for the duration of your stay. In the evening, the devil is going on in Piazza Yenne - but not only there.
Cagliari is just a great city for short trips!

Nice structure in the center of Cagliare, breakfast to be improved

Beautiful structure in Piazza Yenne, spacious and clean rooms, equipped kitchen, directions for checking, independently, precise. I didn't give the maximum for the breakfast included in the price, but served via voucher in a nearby bar and consisting of cappuccino/tea/coffee and sweet piece and for a completely personal distaste for the automatic check-in which I find cold even though now fashionable (saves the manager time and staff)

Improvised hotelier...

The structure is beautiful, they are rooms in an ancient building right above Piazza Yenne, where many little bars populate. Unfortunately, however, the services are not up to the price. I had asked for a double room for me and my two children, and on the phone he offered to give me another room in another structure that was much more comfortable for our needs, justifying a higher price. I agreed, he told me I would pay 30 euros more per night but it was much better. Once we arrived he gave me the fake double room (the bed is a French one, about 1.50) instead of the agreed one, so he added a dog kennel which was supposed to be a cot in which the mattress was 5 cm high. He wanted 200 euros in CASH.
The worst thing is that it says that they redo the room every day but it wasn't redone, and it was justified by saying that we came back early (it was 11.50 and we left at 9) and the cleaning of the room was from 10 to 12....ridiculous... Firstly because if he had told me he had to redo the room I would have left in those 10 minutes...and secondly I managed straight away... We went in to drink and put down the shopping bags

Convenient but....

B&B in a very central position, very convenient for getting around on foot. Car park not far but crowded. However, the room had a window onto a gloomy internal view without light, as did the kitchen of the apartment, very different from the photos on the site. Good cleanliness and excellent shower. Price too high compared to the quality
