The Superior Apartment was very spacious. There was a shower and jacuzzi in the room which was a nice surprise. There was also a functional kitchen and a washing machine. The location was perfect too as we were able to walk to most sights. It’s also a 5min or so walk from the train station which was great for our early flight.

Too bad we didn't read the reviews first

Bad, everything. From the steep and narrow steps, to the bathroom drain with the nauseating smell. Room not available at scheduled check-in time. Avoid, if you can.

Awful, damp, smells of mould, paint flaking, dark, depressing WiFi, Netflix, jacuzzi did not work.

Owner slow to respond and not helpful. Located in ZTL area, no details given, also pedestrianised area, very restricted parking, large fines. One advert for two different apartments, one at the front, other at the back. We were given the one at the back, only one window with natural light but facing a dirty courtyard and tall wall. All other windows had no clear glass and faced a hallway or dirty shaft. I was afraid to see mice or rats. More than 40 stairs, very difficult to lift suitcase. I had a shower and the floor flooded, the jacuzzi is a bath as no bubbles. Can only watch TV from the bed, this is not an apartment but rooms made to pretend to be an apartment. Very soft and old mattress, the wooden bed last moved, poor quality. Very good location but book somewhere else.

Honeymoon

Very nice and beautiful apartment with modern decoration.The roof garden just as it should be... The apartment is in the centre of Cagliari and everything is on your feet.the negative is that the apartment has many many stairs to go up to your room and the wi if is bad.

Horrible night

Very noisy owner, banging walls and yelling in his apartment next to ours from 0:00 to 3:00 AM. It has been by far the worst experience ever.
We had booked 2 nights, stayed only one and could not get reimbursement.
