Surprising experience! :)

Excellent service, Alessandro is a very friendly and helpful host. The room is cozy, spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The San Benedetto area is quiet and you have everything you need very close: supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop. Alessandro also provided helpful information around the stay (recommendations for restaurants, information about the bus lines). I highly recommend to stay at Alessandro's place! :)

Simple and convenient

We were given a very large room, spotless and tidy, bright during the day, having 2 windows one of which however has no shutter and is without blackout curtain. It 'a little 'lack of lighting, there are no lamps and the chandelier does not illuminate much, not bad; otherwise in the bathroom the absence of a light on the mirror (by the way placed very high) makes it impossible to wear makeup. Much appreciated the availability of coffee and tea in a common area.

Great place to stay

The room was very clean and spacious, with privet bathroom. Breakfast was provided in the morning. The owner was very helpful, with tips what to see, and where to eat. The public transport was very close,10 minutes walk to the city centre.

Wonderful place in a city center!

I would like to thank you guys for the help you provided during our stay at your B&B! It's not every time you travel you get to meet such an amazing people who not only provide you with a lovely roof under your head, but are ready to help you with so much information and helpful tips to get a full experience of this lovely city! Thanks a lot for having your B&B so close by to everything we've ever needed on our vacation!
