Pleasant Sunday
I was there for lunch with my family and, overall, it was a nice experience. The place, immersed in the Benevento countryside, is easily accessible and is equipped with ample parking. Welcoming staff and available to accommodate our requests. The dishes were all very good and, more or less, traditional but revisited in a modern (gourmet) way. The tartlet with chicory and the pasta alla genovese were truly delicious. The price is a bit high but it is acceptable. Overall a pleasant Sunday and, if you want to try something different, I recommend it.

A terrible experience
The stay at this property was decidedly disappointing and, overall, unacceptable.
Already upon arrival (March 21, 2026) a very unpleasant episode occurred. After check-in, a member of staff invited us to cancel the reservation made through the platform used. We refused without hesitation, reiterating that we intended to keep everything regular via the official channel. Such a proposal is out of place and puts the customer in an unclear position without adequate safeguards. Giving up the reservation would have meant losing important safeguards, such as the ability to review the experience in a verified way or receive assistance, while the structure would still benefit from the contact obtained. This is a practice that should not even be suggested. After our refusal, the staff’s attitude appeared unfriendly.
Also, I had requested quiet accommodation in advance, but this indication was completely ignored. The assigned room had an obvious problem: loud noises and constant vibrations that made it difficult, if not impossible, to rest properly. It was not a simple occasional ailment, but a continuous and annoying condition.
After reporting the situation, it was explained directly to us by the staff that the noise came from the restaurant's air conditioning systems, located near the room. This makes it all the more problematic, because it means that this is a structural aspect and not a random event. It is not acceptable to allocate a room in these conditions, especially when tranquility is expressly requested.
Initially we tried to maintain an understanding attitude, even considering that the structure is located in a rather isolated area and it would not have been easy to find an alternative late in the evening. However, the discomfort was such that a report was inevitable.
It should be acknowledged that the staff intervened promptly and the problem was resolved within about half an hour. But this does not change the fundamental point: a room with these critical issues should not be assigned from the beginning.
Overall, the experience was marked by opaque management, an inappropriate initial proposal and a lack of attention to customer needs. This is not a single isolated episode, but a set of elements that highlight unprofessional management.

Weekend spent in b&b formula with my family. Great facility, comfortable room and hearty breakfast.

Excessive cost of the pool, dinner and breakfasts great
After a holiday spent in Sicily we decided to stop at this farm in the countryside.
Very warm Welcoming by Antonio, after a brief explanation we are told that the price of the pool is separate, once you enter the room the room was tidy, with some small defects (see a noise a little annoying of the toilet) telling us that the problem was solved, but it was not done.
The same evening we had dinner in the structure and I must say that it was very pleasant, like breakfast.
Too bad about the extra payment of the pool for the rest we spent 3 days very pleasant

I recommend it
All very well maintained, both the common areas and the rooms. In the showers there is little water, this is the only flaw. Restaurant TOP!!!
