Convenient hotel, who could use more personality

The hotel is very nice. Clean and convenient location. Only negative was front desk and restaurant workers were very standoffish. They did there job, but no personality, not very foreign client friendly

The room is neat and spacious, safe provided. air conditioning is definitely a must. It is a pity that there is no closet provided, there is a sofa where you can put your stuff. Good sun-blinding curtains.
Bath and rain shower, nice smelling soap, shower gel, shampoo provided. Full breakfast. Bar with reasonable prices, cheaper than central Venice.
Friendly staff, friendly staff! We used to be in the room, but we were already allowed.
You are a bit outside the center of Venice so it is quiet and not crowded. Venice 10min from hotel (3min from bus stop) ticket costs 1.75€ to Venice city centre. To go to the airport costs 10€/ticket. Had a pleasant stay.

Lots of space in the room with high ceiling. Modern bathrooms that’s clean and comfortable. The hotel provides airport shuttles for convenience for €8, and is €15 taxi ride away from Santa Lucia train station to explore Venice.

When we arrived, we found that our room had not been cleaned properly, and the bathroom was dirty. It smelled strongly of urine, and it was obvious that the floor and the toilet had not been cleaned. It was very disappointing. Later, a maintenance staff member came and cleaned only the toilet. He himself noticed how dirty it was. The only positive thing about our stay was that they offered free parking.

Modern hotel and convenient location.

The room and hotel were as advertised. Room and bathroom were clean and everything work. The hotel provided a shuttle from the airport upon request for 15 Eur/ guest. They serve breakfast and have a large variety of different food options. You can buy one-way tickets at the hotel for bus #5 that takes you right into the heart of Venice. Very convenient location.
