Congratulations on everything, we found a room at the top of cleanliness, all fresh and tidy. The bathroom really large and clean, Everything cared for in detail. Mr. Paul extremely available in the morning for breakfast made us find warm pastry croissants, as well as toast, various juices, Nutella and jams of many flavors.

il top! Unthinkable for a B&B
I don't often write reviews: I do when I'm really impressed.
GENERAL COMMENT:
Our stay at this charming B&B was an experience of rare excellence. The structure stands out for its unparalleled comfort and hospitality, impeccable cleanliness and elegance that shines through in every detail. Every corner of the B&B is cared for with a refined simplicity, which combines the warm welcome of the owner with an elegant but sober environment, free of unnecessary excesses.
Mrs. Maria, with her genuine and discreet hospitality, made our stay even more enjoyable. Care and attention to detail are evident in every aspect, from fresh and fragrant linen to tastefully chosen furnishings. The structure is organized with wisdom, tranquility is combined with discretion and amenities exceed the expectations of the Traveler.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Not suitable for those who need an elevator (at least I have not seen any); entrance with flight of internal stairs leading to a small and loving niche where the reception is set. Very refined corridor rooms on the left and large common living area that opens on the right, extending over two lovely outdoor areas: one open with curtain cover and the other that looks like a sitting area (with table, sofa and TV) closed (but opening) by sliding windows. The two outdoor areas can then become one to create a large welcoming and convivial environment even for an after dinner.
Returning to the internal area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer, rich (I repeat: RICH!) of every kind of juice, every kind of yogurt and then milk, water and other soft drinks. You can safely insert yours to have them ready for the next trip or take advantage of the freezer for your travel cooling tiles.
Present automatic coffee machine with pods (by the way: coffee is great), kettle, tea, herbal teas and chamomile of different flavors, glasses, knives, teaspoons, sugar, milk pots, beer mugs... everything you have in your kitchens and in abundance.
All freely at your disposal. You can not help but feel gratified and have the desire to tidy up as if it were your home.
On the other side, above a long sideboard, white like the rest of the pretty decor, you find jams of at least four different flavors, Nutella, rusks, plum cakes of three different flavors... and I don't remember what else, cookies... the quantities are super abundant of everything and available all day. In and out whenever you want, whenever you want at any time you want. Total freedom!
At the time you want you will find the table set for breakfast (always included) and a giant hot croissant for each guest, directly from the bar, soft, delicious, strictly empty, to be filled at will with what you have available on the sideboard.
Not only is nothing missing but you will find more than three times what you would have in the house before the start of your great day.
Maybe they lack cereals (to be taken as an additional suggestion but I thought about it now, just to want to find something to point out, because so much is the offer that I had not even thought about it.
The yogurt with cereal, however, is in the fridge ).
Each room (kitchen, bedrooms or outdoor living room) is windowed, air-conditioned and with TV.
To get an idea of what it looks like look at the photos on Booking that are perfect. I guarantee you that it is a really loving and hospitable environment. Comfortable and "cuddly" in every respect. It is that accommodation that you do not deserve but you need .
The attention to the guest is pushed to the highest levels, almost making him feel embarrassed. The attention to detail, cleanliness and hospitality are an obsession of Maria and you will appreciate with taste, and smile, having spent a couple of tens of euros more for having received in return the best environment you could expect from a B & B.

Ladies and gentlemen, you exceed expectations!
Perfume and total cleanliness already gloss over any défaillances that could swallow the most impatient reviewers (those who must necessarily find a flaw to turn it from "negligible" to "tragic").
I stayed with my family in a quadruple. Kids on bunk beds (solid and comfortable wooden structure) in the communicating room but separated by a door, lockable and perfect soundproofing (families think about it ... reflect on all the other "quadruplets" in your life ). This small room has the predisposition for an upcoming air conditioning, is equipped with TV and wardrobe and is windowed with access to a balcony. The bedroom with double bed is air-conditioned, windowed, with another TV and another wardrobe. There are also other furniture that, together with the generous breadth of the premises, increase the comfort of the room. The double mattress is of an impressive comfort: soft but not "soggy", it argues with soft firmness, with its own movements does not bother those sleeping next door because everything is "absorbed" with silent discretion. A fairytale mattress On the wall of the bed a beautiful old-fashioned complaint about the Terme di Telese, surrounded, if needed, by LEDs useful for lighting the room (you can always see the photos on Booking).
Bathroom comfortable, not windowed but equipped with a working aerator. Everything is new, intact, modern, elegant, clean and fragrant and by "everything" I really mean everything, including the reception niche where you can not help but leave your greeting on the guest book.
Any suggestions for improvement I will reserve to give them in private and if they are required. I don't want to run the risk of them being interpreted as inconvenience by customers who don't have Rating criteria or appearing as frustrated Reviewer criticism. We are talking about trifles that should not risk denigrating the work of others, especially when already carried out in an excellent way, with the love and dedication that are revealed to the eyes of the guest already on his first entry into the structure.
DOWNSIDES:
The downsides concern the other hoteliers: if you lose a potential customer and they go to B&B Solferino, you are screwed twice! First: because if he has to go back to Telese he will not consider you in the slightest knowing that it is to Solferino that he will want to go;
second: because "you" also get a mega positive review on the web pages dedicated to your competitor.

Very bad
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! We had found this structure on the website of the magical Grassano Christmas park, so we booked from 7 to 8 January 2023 for 2 adults and 1 infant, but the event at the park was canceled due to bad weather. So I called the structure asking for either a refund or a change of date but we were denied both and when I pointed out that our reservation was due for the visit to the park and the latter would have refunded us they replied that it was not theirs problem and that I would lose my money. Too venal but that's not how you are in business!
