A dream vacation, we will definitely return!!

From the first moment we arrived, the staff was very kind and pampered us throughout our stay with a smile, attentive to every little need. People who do their job with heart, and it shows.
The wellness area after days in the mountains is fantastic: the pool is enchanting, the spa a true paradise of relaxation.
At the restaurant, very abundant breakfasts with attention to the smallest details, and dinners of the highest quality from the first to the last dish.
Having celebrated my birthday during this stay, I really appreciated the attention I was given.
Spotless, comfortable, well-kept rooms.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a vacation in Val di Fassa made of relaxation, good food, and true hospitality.
Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff! We will be back!

Holidays

I stayed 10 days in this hotel and I can say that it was the top of the list. Beautiful place, perfect rooms, very kind staff, very friendly and always with a smile. I state that I am a person with a very marked celiac disease but I had a very attentive and super vigilant waiter to my problem and I want to thank him very much. His name is Daniel and he took care of my problem impeccably. Always available and smiling. For this reason I recommend to those with celiac disease to come to this hotel because it is super safe. THANK YOU for everything..

Two weeks in Val di Fassa

I booked for 1 week... extended for another... had a great time... trained dining room staff, excellent food, the owners, Michele and his wife, were kind and prepared... the spa is excellent and the infinity pool is beautiful... I recommend trying the FASSA SPORT excursions... accompanied by excellent guides... friendly and professional.

Everything would have been perfect if....

Beautiful hotel, well-kept, very clean, suite truly beautiful and comfortable, good and varied cuisine, waiters prepared, friendly, attentive, and very helpful, questionable management. We booked a 12-day stay in a suite. Everything was perfect until the ninth day when the manager in the morning, while we were asking for information for an additional stay the week after mid-August, tells us: "This evening I am changing your table because I have to accommodate other guests". My husband and I were left speechless. We are no longer kids and we have been to many four, four-star superior, and five-star hotels, but something like this had never happened to us. If we changed tables, it was at our request, not to make room for other guests. Anyway, despite my husband's protests after the initial shock, in the evening we found ourselves sitting at a micro-table suitable for one person alone. We thank Daniel, the waiter assigned to our table, who, having noticed our dissatisfaction, tried to remedy the situation in some way. Before leaving, it was our intention to book for 10 days for the Christmas holidays and for another 15 days for next summer, but we will think about it carefully because we would not want to find ourselves having to change rooms too to make room for someone else!

Beautiful hotel in Canazei

We stayed for 3 nights, driven by the excellent reviews. Everything confirmed. Large and clean room, kind staff, excellent breakfast and dinner. SPA and infinity pool are top!
