Tutto perfetto
Ho soggiornato con la mia compagna per tre notti, ci siamo trovati molto bene, la colazione è decisamente sopra la media, veramente eccellente. Pulizia accurata degli ambienti e della camera, il personale è molto gentile, la posizione è un punto di forza essendo fronte mare a un passo dalla spiaggia e molto vicino al centro. I bagni sono nuovi di zecca, e l'hotel è stato rimodernato di recente. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accompagnato al parcheggio di cui abbiamo usufruito gratuitamente e prima di partire ci hanno riportati a prendere la macchina. Ci sarà sicuramente una prossima occasione. Complimenti alla gestione e alla signora Lorena che ci ha coccolati a colazione.

Mah !
Hotel directly on the sea. Recently renovated seafront room. Great breakfast and varied both sweet and savory. Some flaws that can be remedied: lack of towels for bidets, a miserable shower bath bag, a small drying rack to dry a costume (even just a hanger in the bathroom is enough). The sea is not the fault of the hotel, but water cannot be evaluated (1) . Price a bit high.

Friendly family hotel right by the beach.
A small family run hotel situated right at the beach in Caorle, a ten minute walk from the citys ”old town”. A good breakfast buffé included in the price. Also included in the price are sunbeds and a parasol at the hotels own part of the beach. Very convinient. But what really did it for us was the friendly and personal staff that really went out of their way to accomodate our needs. They were so nice to us in a genuin way that we felt like we’ve made new friends when we left. Arrivederci hotel Linda!

premium pricing for super-low standard facility
positive to be mentioned that reception personell is friendly and willing to support but…
be aware that room facilities have not been renovated for the last 20 years (supposably for far far longer).
Incredibly poor standard for an western european country. Tab in the bathroom and shower can only be moved with highest muscle power due to limescale all around and over. Room furniture in oldest dorm room style.
Dear hotel owner, maybe it’s getting time for renovation?!?
Also breakfast is composed with food of the cheapest possible quality.
At the same time room rates of EUR 300+ per night are a clear rip-off.
Side note - interesting experience of an shameful low quality offer for shameless high pricing. This will definitively be kept in mind for some future funny „can you still remember - talks“ with my family.
But an experience that does not urgently need to be made again ;-)

right at the beach
The Hotel is located right at the beach and it only is a 10min walk into the center of Caorle.
That's about the best the Hotel has to offer.
Don't get me wrong the staff is extremely nice and helpful and also the breakfast was really great, it's just that it has seen some years and renovating is needed. Overall we had a good time in Italy at the beach, just the rooms and bathrooms are very small and dated.
