Hotel Garni' Serena is located right along the Lungomare di Levante promenade, only a 10-minute walk from the historical centre of Caorle. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a wellness area with Turkish bath and sauna.

Perfect!!
The hotel is located directly on the beach. We booked a room with a whirlpool on the terrace. It was incredibly beautiful. Everything clean, super bathroom... the stay could not have been better. The staff were very friendly. Since the parking lot directly at the hotel was full, a staff member took our car to a parking lot 1 km away and brought it back on the day of departure. The breakfast was also really great. We can only recommend this hotel.

Much worse! And higher costs.
I was there two years ago, spectacular! Room with a balcony and brand-new, super modern furniture, breakfast in another building a few meters' walk from the hotel, super well-stocked! Spectacular!..... This year......
• floor full of sand and hair
• no bidet
• the shower drain was clogged
• dirty whirlpool tub
• the shower water went from boiling to cold
• no shelf in the bathroom to put things on
• the window faced a huge container on the adjacent wall, completely in the dark.
• they give you the wifi password but the internet connection doesn't connect
• the very meager breakfast served directly there at the hotel.
•The 1940s decor .
Absolutely rejected.
The only nice thing is the outdoor pool and the relaxation area with Turkish bath and sauna (excluding the hot tub).

Unbeatable sea view
Nice hotel on the promenade not too far from the old town. 2 elevators are available. Room size is suitable for 2 people, with 3 it gets cramped. At the breakfast buffet, there is something for everyone. What bothered us a bit was the smell in the room. Stale water or sewage. No matter if 2nd or 3rd. Floor. Check-out on Sunday took a bit longer. Billing is incorrect.

Disappointing
We stayed here one night. Harmony sea room for two adults and two girls that sea and Harmony has little. At check in we had to wait about 20 minutes because there was no one in reception! For any urgency or problem it was written to call the hotel Marina, 100 meters after the Serena shame that we called 5 times in a row and they always knocked down the phone call!
The room is very small, with a passageway at the entrance of the room of 20 cm to access, as the bunk bed occupies most of the entrance.
The bathroom is completely to be renovated for the price they give the room for one night. But beyond that you would expect one more thing that we haven't found here! Cleanliness! All the edges of the room dirty with a lot of dust, a part of the bunk bed with splashes of dirt I don't know what, shower tray that doesn't drain and broken shower that leaked water! There was a sewer smell in the bathroom! The balcony had not been cleaned or simply swept, on the floor there were the nails of some customer who had stayed in the days before!! Honestly, it's indecent!
We had to go to the hotel marina palace for breakfast! We already knew the structure, the breakfast is varied and plentiful, sweet and salty, about this nothing to say! It is a Service that you do not have at the hotel where you booked and this thing in my opinion is uncomfortable for a family with children! In all this, however, I have to say that the receptionist girl worried about sending someone to fix the shower and later tried to look at changing rooms but they only had a few doubles! So we kept what we had been given but would have liked an extraordinary cleanliness of the room! Especially when staying with children I think it is a must to guarantee the customer a clean room!
The next morning at check out we explained the situation again to the colleague at the front desk apologized and we were not charged for parking and the beach for the whole day! I thank the two guys at the reception for the goodwill they put in, but the problem is that there is no hotel management like a hotel!
I would not recommend this property even if it would have potential.

Great location, bad facility
To evaluate the room and the structure before booking
The only really positive aspect is the view, which is really beautiful and deserves. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Cleanliness left something to be desired.
The bathroom door handle was broken, the room door did not close perfectly and the air conditioning seemed not to work
