The spa had more kids jumping and splashing than adults and no staff controlled this.
At checkout both times the staff tried to rip me of by adding extra nights of parking aswell as extra tourist tax.
It happened twice and when I pointed this out they just said, oh sorry it was addition fee for beach umbrellas instead.
When I pointed out I was not on the beach they just lowered the cost without discussion.
Very unprofessional staff in reception and I would go as far as calling it scammers.
No highly rated hotel should do this.

The reception staff seems to have very little experience and everything basically goes wrong with parking, rental for beach umbrellas, and towels.
Their English is not very good either
It’s just creates a mess :(
The cleaning staff Is great and pool staff in pool restaurant awesome
Facility and rooms are very clean and modern

I have never found such a disorganized hotel, even being a 4-star S.
I booked a triple room with a private outdoor jacuzzi; the room is small.
The private balcony of the room where the jacuzzi is located is dilapidated and seems abandoned.
For a 4-star S, there was only one pillow in the room.
Having booked half board, dinner was a nightmare.
There was a group of young people left to their own devices without a guide to organize everything, and since it is a very large facility, there was a
Chaos; it took 2 hours to have dinner.
That same evening, I asked to change from half board to room only with breakfast, but you can never find a manager; every time at the reception, they change, and no one knows what to do. In the end, I was told that it could be done, but I would not be refunded since I had already paid the bill in advance, but they would discount the extras.
The shared pool for the hotel and apartments was dirty; there was still green algae on the walls, and the hot tubs were not working. In the end, I decided to leave a day early, exhausted from the situation, and to make a long story short, they did not discount anything, and I also paid for the extras to avoid any disputes. A real shame.
We stayed at this 4-star hotel. At first glance, it appears very modern and offers excellent services, but our experience was far from expectations.
The 4-star service is practically nonexistent. Breakfast is managed in total chaos: lines at check-in, check-out, and even to get a simple coffee in the morning. A frustrating situation. What you pay for is absolutely not worth a 4-star rating.
A real shame, because the establishment is truly beautiful and well-maintained. The worst flaw, however, was the lack of friendliness; we felt hesitant to ask for anything. If the reception is struggling in June, I can only imagine how it will be in August.

It is not a superior 4-star hotel.
We stayed one night at the establishment with breakfast and accommodation services. The room was clean and new; there is nothing negative to say about it. The establishment is also modern, nonetheless. But I believe it is not a superior 4-star hotel, especially due to the nonexistent service. At the reception, no one responds; there are lines for check-in, check-out, and cappuccino at the breakfast counter.
The breakfast room resembles an anthill: chaotic and not soundproofed.
In conclusion, what you pay does not match the experience.
